Oh sister in Christ, I too have had those attacks. This woman sat by me at a Bible study recently and gave me a word I believe to be directly from God. I hope this helps you as it has freed me from those waking attacks. She said, “I’ve been listening to the wrong voice and have made it an idol, (because I elevated it over God’s word). It becomes an issue of pride and that’s what caused Satan’s downfall. So turn to God and His Word, repent from heeding the wrong voice that tells you bad things about yourself and rest in the love God gives you. I’ve found Ephesians 1 to be very comforting. Do you know Clement N dosa from a village near a white Wonsan’s orphanage there in Tanzania near Moshi ? He was from the Chaga tribe. He worked as a cook for this Orphanage alongside the road there and I loved his family! Lighthouse I believe was the name of the old woman’s place. It was a hospital at one time.
