Hi, how many hardened concrete cube samples do I need to carry out a compressive test? The topic of my project is "determining the effect of bone ash on some physical properties of concrete when used as partial replacement for cement" I have 5 different samples with varying proportion of bone ash(0% cement replacement, 10% replacement, 20% replacement, 30% replacement, 40% replacement). Now my question is this, how many replicate of each sample(proportion) do I need in order to carry out a compressive test? How do I determine this using Gpower? I intend to use t-test to analyze the figures
