unfortunately its by far not that easy in our industrie ... if we want to offer an excellent service ...which clients deserve ....we have to make sure we have the adequate knowledge of the country...the tribes...culture ..flora and fauna and of course we need to be not only able to identify all the animals crossing our way ...we need as well to have the broader knowledge of answering all the questions our clients ask about each specific animal ....as well not everybody is naturally made to deal with clients ...and to happily find pleasure in.this 24/7 job... plus one should have the ability to deal in a right way with difficult clients ....wanting to give an excellent serviceprovider in.the tourism industry is for sure not as easy as you try to sell it in your video ...!!!!!
If you have excellent, well educated, passionate people as staff in your company.. all of those things you mentioned will be taken care of. ☺️ Thanks for watching.
@@Mekenzeinkenya we have excellent and well trained staff in our company but we as owners are as well highly qualified ...passionate ...we love what we do ...thats what our clients feel ....so be assured its not for everyone to go into that business ...you need lots of determination....

I love the quality of your videos. Do you use a camera or phone to record, and which make or model? Do you wear a microphone for the audio quality or is it inbuilt? Also do you edit your videos on a laptop?
Aww thanks so much. I actually use an I phone 12 for everything. Recording to editing. I use the microphone that’s built in. I’m such a simple person I don’t think I could do this with too much equipment 😂❤️

Another thing lol, who taught you how to launch the youtube channel or did you just learn it on your own and does it really take that long to edit, and is it really that hard?
