- The Hereford pigs we raised for meat are ready for the processor. In farmlife not everything goes as planned. This video will show 3 attempts and epic fails at loading our hereford meat pigs. We did however get the pigs to the processor with fantastic results. With every new thing we do, we learn a lot. We now know what doesn't work. We would love to see your comments and suggestions on loading and transporting pigs.

Way to commit to the wrestling move. lol
I couldn’t stop laughing. I have watched it over and over. 😂
👍🏼🤠
Man I sympathize. We had some real troubles loading our first two! What we learned from others is have the trailer backed up to their pen for a couple days and feed em on trailer. After that the problem is getting them off it!
I have heard that from so many people. If I had only known in advance. Thank you for sharing and for watching. 👍🏼🤠
@@McFallFarms We felt the exact same!!
Jealous of the trailer. We put feedin our trailer for a few days and they walked right in, they ain’t dumb. Good call .
So we learned after the fact. 😂 👍🏼🐐🤠
That guy in the tan shirt went for a ride...rookie
But what a fun ride. 😂 Glad I could help make you famous.
@@McFallFarms very fun..just not happy that we didn’t get them loaded so all for nothing lol
Oh they got loaded. Just not as planned. Always appreciate the help. 👍🏼🐐🤠
Long time no see.
Indeed. We sold our house and moved to the farm full time. So life has been a bit hectic. Trying to get back on a schedule. Thanks for noticing. 👍🏼🐐🤠
If everything stays the same we are planning on being down at the FLA State fair in February maybe we can see you when we are down.
Sounds great. We should definitely plan it 👍🏼🐐🤠
So how did you finally get them in the trailer? Inquiring minds want to know!
We put them down and then loaded them and rolled out. Only way we could make it work. We now know to set a trailer up a few weeks ahead and feed them inside. 👍🏼🐐🤠
@@McFallFarms We buy our pigs from our back fence neighbor. He takes ours along with his to the processor so all we do is pick it up. He built a loading chute last year and said it's the best thing since peanut butter! I'll try to get pics for you. Because you need another project on your farm, lol!
Nice. I will take any help and ideas. What type of pigs does your neighbor raise?
@@McFallFarms I'll have to ask him. I know they are huge and delicious!
🤣🤣🤣 that’s why I can’t raise pigs pig rodeo
Learned a bunch for the next rodeo. 😂
