Such a soft soul, but with the gaze of a tyrannosaur at 4:50

I think this is the song First in mind from the album First in mind with Matt Brewer, Mike Moreno, Aaron Parks and Kendrick Scott

Definitely, what he's playing sounds at least a half tone down, and his voice like that of a bodyguard.

Piece reminds me of one of the Debussy Preludes.

Jacob Gollub there only one video out of that song and the audio is low quality. Do u know where I can find a good recording of it?

these are bichordal structures with modal melodies at times pitched down half tone in the video, while not explaining a single harmony. When singing, the harmony becomes unichordal, but with some beautiful music, honestly. What a show-off (the young audience, still learning the circle of fifths, old and synthetic modes and what not) must be really frustrated, instead of getting to know some of the harmonic principles).

I don’t think he’s trying to show off. He’s just showing his process. His process (and his ear) just happens to be way more developed then any of theirs.
