Okay, so the background song actually seems to be original and is just made of sample from "Jungle Jungle - 1989 to 1999 Samplepack", but for some reason the site KnowYourMeme named this sample "White Noiz" despite it actually not being called like that, and people instantly thought that it was White Noiz from Silent Hill 2. The sample in question is "Blue Synth - 8A"
