    Thank you very much for your video!! I think the key of a great life is not only "simply hapiness" or do what you want. I think that we should live to care about life, respect nature for all the things it provides us. We have been taking by far more from nature than it can provide without being devastated and, this is how we are happily anhilating thousands of species every year and going towards our own extintion.

    A friend liked the Mini SB so much he bought two so he could to run the Mini SB head through two Mini SB cabs. I bought the other head from him and I run it through a 1x12 cab, vintage Jensen speaker. I really like the reverb tone and I like it best without pedals. This lesson has more of a Buddy Holly sound than a Beatles sound to me. Thanks for posting.

    In the 1960s, when I learned to play Words of Love, you would not believe how many times I had to play the record over and over again to learn the guitar parts. Back then, that was the only way to learn a new song.

    Damian, I think you are a guy to ask. I'm thinking of buying a semi-hollow Gretsch style/ 335 type guitar. Can you recommend anything that gives you the most bang for your buck? I can go to the $1200 range- maybe a little more. I've been looking at DAngelico guitars. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks and thanks for the great lessons!

    • @Damianblf
      @Damianblf  5 лет назад +1

      A model that comes to mind is a Gretsch Electromatic G5420T. It's is a great guitar and it's under $1000. Which is a great price. But it really depends on what you personally like and feel comfortable playing. I love Gibson, D'Angelico, Gretsch and Guild guitars. I really enjoy my Guild X-175 Manhattan. That may be something to look into. If you like the sound of P90 pickups that may be a guitar to check out. They run a little over a thousand dollars.
