Don't know why people watch her if they're going to comment on trivial stuff. As if they're without fault. Don't sweat the small stuff guys. If her videos annoy you just stop watching. I really enjoy her upbeat and positive message of tolerance and just enjoying life. The haters should just stop hating and start enjoying life. If you seriously feel the need to give her advice you can email her privately. You don't point out other people's mistakes or shortcomings publicly. That's not good adab. Keep up the great work Sid & Dina!
I like Dina. I like that she shows that you can be both modest and hella stylish but what I really love her for is her personality. she could wear a bin bag and I would still watch her
As a "white" woman marrying an Egyptian man and going to live in Egypt for awhile (I love the country) I am going to wear the hijab in Egypt because I am converting to Islam, Alhamdullah. However, I am not going to wear one in the States. So anyways, I don't know how Dina can wear that turban and it doesn't fall off. I would have to glue it to my hair with superglue and even then with it being that far back, It would NEVER stay. How do you ladies do it?! And I know straight pins and safety pins are essential. Even then, when I am praying, I can't get it to stay in place with a simple hijab. I'm always fiddling with it..... sigh.......
Dina wears jersey scarf so probably thats why it doesn't fall. :) Im a convert as well and it took my a little bit time to find my way of wrapping hijab. Its not difficult, you will find your way by practice. :)
Pam Ruebusch As someone who also lives in Egypt - may I ask you why would you wear a hijab here and not in the US? I mean that in a polite way as I myself never felt the need to cover in Cairo, but understand how uncomfortable it could be to wear a hijab in the West these days.
Everytime Hanna speaks..walahi..it makes my heart skip a beat. She is so sweet and such a sweetheart. She's so Mashallah. May Allah bless you two as parents and her had a daughter. Lots of love.
A non-Muslim here- why do people keep commenting on her scarf/hijab and her language? Is there only one way to follow Islam and should everyone be policing each other if it's not followed a specific way? I thought religion is a personal choice and does not automatically grant everyone the right to tell you how it should be followed. EDIT: LADIES/GENTS (if any): please chill. The intention here was not to do an analysis on religion but emphasize how religion, regardless of which, is a personal choice and open to interpretation. I was just frustrated with people nitpicking on Dina's clothing and language. She is a great example of a strong and opinionated Muslim woman. Let's celebrate that and show solidarity instead of nitpicking. Peace ❤
Priya K people follow religion based on what they have learnt and how they want to practise it. Although there are set guidelines, individuals may alter certain things to suit themselves but that is no valid reason for people to be policing them. Those people need to basically worry about themselves
Priya K ahhh finally someone who speaks words of tolerance, well said !And no one else takes Dinas defense here...respect to you Dina as a person and a good youtuber 😉
Priya K No one should be policing her. People have their own opinions and they're entitled to do that. But people do not realise she is a grown woman who has an understanding. Religion does have a structure and people may alter aspects to suit themselves. However, that's not a reason to be bashing people and start telling them what to do and what not to do
Priya K There are a few comments here again about her "slipping hijab" whatever, Dina cant post one video without at least a dozen of critical comments about her turban..But the same ppl are always there to watch her amazing vlogs and videos. What kind of example does "the community" give to non muslims who also like coming here to see Dina ? What right do other muslims have to pass comment on her personal religious convictions and choice of practice...
Elisa Rose Dina purposely wears her hijab in this way, and she gets loads of comments on it, but guess what it's still fame, which = money. So in a way she's probably doing it because it's rebellious and she's getting views. No one watches a goodie two shoes.
Tbh getting really sick of all the "why is Dina's hijab slipping further back" comments. She's always worn it like that but that's not even the point. Try to be empathetic and understand that faith and spirituality is an ebb and flow kinda thing for all of us. And if that's so hard: just bugger off and mind your own damn business.
Dina can do what she wants. I see girls with hijabs who do not act "religiously". People act like wearing a hijab makes you an amazing religious person. Having a hijab or not doesnt mean the amount of faith you have is stronger or weaker. People are so rude.
That looks like the Emerald City castle entrance! The place they waited to get into I mean. Emerald City is an amazing, new, tv show that just finished the first season. Ya'll should try it!!!
I miss Barcelona! Everywhere you, Sid, and Hana have gone I have been. It's been a good five years since I've gone and I've always wanted to go back. Glad you guys enjoyed your holiday. Love your vlogs and Sids editing is on point!
I'm from Barcelona & you literally stayed above my primary school I went to as a kid omg!! Glad you enjoyed my city! p.s Miro is a famous Spanish painter xx
Miró is a very important catalan painter as valuable as Dalí. A "Miró" can cost millions of pounds. the picture you have on the door is the base of a Castell (human towers) a really typical thing from catalonia. i hope you enjoy your visit at the capital of my country, Catalunya :)
i am amazed ... i literally like the qay you have filmed this video i like the way you edited tune to tune every second i enjoyed . keep enjoying guys .
The Miro thing on your wall is a famous artist that has a gallery in Barcelona! I've been there and it's amazing!!!👌🏻🎨 if you ever go back you should visit it and you stayed near where I stayed in Barcelona! Love you Dina!😘💖

You have lots of friends Dina! Albeit virtual, and nevermind that you don't really actually know us.. I'll go out on a limb and say we don't really know you either, but I STILL want to be your friend! Friends?! Friends!! ;) haha
Dina: "I always say guys every time I cut the blog camera on, I should really start doing that" *The Immediate Next Scene* Dina: "Guys...." HAHAH omg I laughed out loud. I don't know if you'll be able to stop saying it Dina!
''I should really stop saying guys'' to seconds later ''GUYS we found a resturant'' Love you so much Dina and you inspire alot, all the arrogant ppl should take some notes, and go traveling and explore different cultures etc, life gets easier as well as respecting others.

I swear from now on any comments i see about Dina's Hijab im gonna report. Its unnecessary. None of us are perfect Muslims. I even took mine off because of the pressures of American life. So no one can judge at all period. I love Dina and everything she does. She's such an inspiration.
Dear Sid , can you please lower the volume of the background music during the 'silent montage '' because when you guys talk the sound is normal then BAM it gets so loud and i still need my hearing sense ! (you editing is just fine though :) )
I'm surprised you guys didn't check out Maremagnum, shopping centre over water at the sea port which was right at the end of Las Ramblas. Also, next time be sure to go to Laberint D'Horta, a beautiful park with a labyrinth
Picasso's Spanish! I live in southern spain and malaga airport is named after him...and there's a weird little statue of him in Torremolinos. And I mean LITTLE.
Don't know why people watch her if they're going to comment on trivial stuff. As if they're without fault. Don't sweat the small stuff guys. If her videos annoy you just stop watching. Pam Ruebusch i feel you 100%
Wear a bonet cap first and make sure your hair is in a bun and use coton scarfs....you will see it will work
Dina wears jersey scarf so probably thats why it doesn't fall. :) Im a convert as well and it took my a little bit time to find my way of wrapping hijab. Its not difficult, you will find your way by practice. :)

I'm amazed by how quickly Sid could get Hana to start laughing when she was crying. Well done!
Everytime Hanna speaks..walahi..it makes my heart skip a beat. She is so sweet and such a sweetheart. She's so Mashallah. May Allah bless you two as parents and her had a daughter. Lots of love.

The Administrator I don't understand what the issue is. I'm not Muslim. But I see a stylish and modest woman. Her hair is still covered......
She's always wore her turbans like this and it suits her I don't get why all the negate comments. I wish people would just watch the video

Miró(1893-1983) is a surrealism artist born in Barcelona, and there's a museum(Fundació Joan Miró) exhibiting his work in the city as well.
Dear Sid , can you please lower the volume of the background music during the 'silent montage '' because when you guys talk the sound is normal then BAM it gets so loud and i still need my hearing sense ! (you editing is just fine though :) )

Barbara G same! I just assume they're unhappy with themselves :)
Stephanie Mendes I think that they consider themselves to be perfect and forgotten the fact that everyone has flaws .
I'm surprised you guys didn't check out Maremagnum, shopping centre over water at the sea port which was right at the end of Las Ramblas. Also, next time be sure to go to Laberint D'Horta, a beautiful park with a labyrinth
