Hyper voice isn't good in speedster meta. You can't get away and they can dash right under it and hit you. Even all rounders like lucario and tsereena make this build unplayable

Inder ain't a dev, he doesn't make that choice. Also, the battle pass is based on Chinese Opera, so it's still pretty fitting even if disappointing.
