I love theotown to but am quit
I like TheoTown because it's free. Some of the other city building games it's either you pay to advance at a decent pace or it slows you progress down until it becomes boring.

It's unlikely. Changing the game graphics means that all plugin graphics must also be modified, and in most cases, plugin developers won't make the changes

Theotown is much closer to the Simcity identity than the actual Simcity game itself. Looks like SC 2000 and still has the zoning feature, something the actual SC has removed (that sucks)

Alot of these games are heavily monetized and will drain your bank account before you know it except theotown. The true city builder game like simcity of old. Give your money to theotown those developers deserve it.
...and theotown don't ask for much as well and give plenty of the in-game monetized currency as well.
It is greater on pc. You dont have to deal with gems. On mobile, you need gems for plugins. On pc once you buy the game, everything is free

I've played all these city-building games, and the main disadvantage of SimCity is that you have to wait for something all the time, you can't just take and build a park, or something else.

The fact is that 500 people can live there in one village house at once, and 2+ million people can live at once on an area the size of a microdistrict, there is no crowd density, the construction of roads is not thought out, it is enough to put one road, wait a week (to pump it) and that's it. (In the same Theotown with a population of 10k+, it is already necessary to think over a network of roads and highways, interchanges (I had to build a ten-lane highway that will circle the entire city and connect all the districts (1m population). In general, Simcity cannot be called a bad game, there are just much better games
