Theotown is much closer to the Simcity identity than the actual Simcity game itself. Looks like SC 2000 and still has the zoning feature, something the actual SC has removed (that sucks)
Alot of these games are heavily monetized and will drain your bank account before you know it except theotown. The true city builder game like simcity of old. Give your money to theotown those developers deserve it.

Although these city building apps are trying to be a "cutting edge" and innovative ended in disaster and pure p2w. while theotown although the graphics may be as pixelated but the mechanics and plugin support makes it better although you need diamonds to access the plugins (you can also use ads), building some landmarks or utiliy bldg or additional content but it didn't harm the overall performance of the game itself..
La gran mayoría de City Builders de celular son mas Tycoon que lo que deberían de ser, son repetitivos, y terminan aburriendo a los minutos, en cambio, Theotown, es lo que debe de ser un city builder, libertad de hacer tu ciudad como quieras y con lo que quieras, a pesar de que no es algo 3ds o con sombreadores realistas, su estilo pixel art lo compensa, además de poseer una buena cantidad de complementos en su propia tienda, da para muchas horas de juego. Lo único que puedo criticar, es que el crecimiento de los edificios, no es muy regular o estético, a diferencia de los City Builders de Pc (Cities Skylines, Cities XXL, Simcity 4), haciendo que para lograr una bonita ciudad, uno tenga que poner manualmente los edificios, es lo único molesto como tal, de resto, una belleza.

It is greater on pc. You dont have to deal with gems. On mobile, you need gems for plugins. On pc once you buy the game, everything is free
