Not sure if Premiere has this option but in tools like Descript you are able to use your voice to train and create an audio AI voice. By doing so, you can simply type in or edit words in the text transcription section and it will literally match up with the rest of the audio. (I don't think it edits video in the same way, but the tech is pretty much here) Works great if you want to rework your script a bit in post.

I love this new feature, it’s definitely a little buggy but when they roll out the stable version it will be GAME CHANGING. For anyone one else looking to use it for multiple video clips like I do it definitely has trouble the more audio you add to it. For me it randomly refuses to transcribe one or two sources. Obviously they’ll likely have that ironed out before rolling it out to the public software. Thanks for the video!!
Thank you for explaining this extra, hopefully it will be included in a future update. Can you also show how to add captions (where e.g. an extra clip is added) to an existing video where captions have been previously created. I can't find that explanation anywhere now
2:42 for the the no dialogue error, depending on the project, one thing that just worked for me was to create new sequence, and then copy and paste everything into the new sequence, and it fixed it. I have ran into several probblems that are fixed by this issue and im starting to think the sequence goes bad at some point for some reason
We use Audition a LOT for our podcast network and I can’t help but think Adobe must have transcript editing for Audition if they have it for the much more complicated Premier…but I can’t find anything about the Audition version. Can I edit audio using a transcript in Audition?
interesting but to be honest and I don´t want to sound mean but I never ever ever make videos, I use photoshop every day for work though, that´s what I need to master and learn more from.

You can add captions from this text in the current version. Think the new feature is the edit using text part of it. Gonna have to look into this.
