no igl connection, actually igl wale pipe ko celling k under nhi dalne dete, hum terrace k raste stairs se la sakte the, but usse be pipe show hota, so we decide no igl pine.

Could you tell me whether there's any kind of foul/bad smell which sometimes remain in the washroom due to moisture? Bcoz my friend is going to build a property but he also thought that washroom should be in the gallery area so that foul smell should not come inside the room. What would u suggest?

There will be no smell in washroom, bedroom area and staircase. There is also a exhaust window (towards stairs) which i forgot to cover in this video. you may go with this layout.
