- A Sunday afternoon drive around the town of Lithgow in NSW Central West region. Looks like the town is growing in demand and has a lot to offer in the region, it is a magnet for 4x4 enthusiasts with many off road tracks to conquer. Recently announced Gardens of Stone national park along with many other sites like Capertee Valley and other historic sites will make Lithgow continue to grow.
Thank mate great job 🎉
Hello, every weekend I went shopping there
I just hit it up weekdays.
Hey, Bro. Another mad clip. Are you actually from Lithgow? I travel up from the Wild west to stay at Lake Lyell with my 2 Kids. Hopefully you keep it up with the vids. Love the Lake Lyell one where you and your Mrs are bickering over which way to drive the car etc.🤙
Thanks John, I was living there till September. Moved closer to the Murray river. Will get more vids up soon.

Back in the mid 1980s I spent three years in Lithgow . Worked at the Small Arms Factory. Went out with the daughter of the family that owned Lean and Bennett Toyota. Brilliant people. Noticed they moved from their original yard down to where the Holden dealer was.
I then had a short relationship with a teacher at the Primary School. She ended up marrying a plumber from Orange. She passed away last year with breast cancer. Very sad. Nice girl. The only fast food joint in Lithgow back then was the KFC up on the Highway. Used to drink in all the pubs and The Workman’s Club. Being a South Australian boy never got into League but did play for the Lithgow Bombers Australian Rules Club. We had an Oval on the other side of the railway line. Hockey used to be a really big sport in Lithgow.
Had a strange relationship with Lithgow. Was miserable most of the time I was there. The job I had was average, the town was boring, cold and dirty, but the people kind of made up for it somehow. Good and bad memories.
That's a lot of history there in your comments. What's a SA boy doing out there in the hills. I have to say not much has changed since you were here, I lasted less than 2 years in Lithgow. The council is the most corrupt useless crooks ever who raised the rates just as I sold up but anyway it was an experience. You're right the people are nice except for the houso;s causing a ruckus at night which was another reason we left but anyway thanks for watching.
I love this town and I'm from five dock and the hills area.... live here perm now!
