  • I used data science and natural language processing to analyze the Quran and compare it to the Bible and the Book of Mormon to see how their emotions and themes stack up. Instead of debating beliefs, this video looks at what the data actually says about similarities, differences, and shared teachings across the texts. Some of the results genuinely surprised me, and I think they might surprise you too.

I did a fair amount of research while preparing for this video on how important and remarkable the original Arabic version of the Qur’an is, and I experimented with several ways to analyze the text in Arabic. Unfortunately, I ran into repeated technical issues and ultimately had to rely on the English translation for this video.
BUT, there’s a lot more data and analysis that I had to cut for time. I’ve made the full cut available to channel members if you’d like to support a small creator.

What were the technical issues you ran into
Actually since actually I have seen people doing it with numlically like for حم (hm) I watched a RUclips video for a research abo7t it
For the linguistic stuff we don't really have such a good lib for that (compared to English) so doing it with ML isn't gonna help since you are using the translation I won't go deep
Important notice the Quran is a free style
      It's not poetry prose
It's free style never seen before
It has 10 modes of reciting
For the reading level actually many 6 years read understand the main topics ( actually the topics of the Quran can be deep as much as you like )
And memorized it like their name
You don't read the Quran. The Quran reads you try reading and see for yourself
Try bridges foundation translation or attend any of his pondering Quran episodes ( you would be amazed ) /RUclips videos named fadel Soliman or bridges foundation

The Arabic version is much more factual, even firm believers don't fully rely on translations and study Arabic to truly understand the meaning. Thank you for your effort though.

      of course not.
what you said means either you don't read quran that much or your arabic language is flat.
The "English Quran" is not actually Quran in English but more of an English simplified tafser of the verses in the quran.
You can never catch the depth, meaning and sophistication of Quran in a translation.
beside I doubt an AI tool can actually catch the depth of quran even if it were given the arabic text.

    • @Marta1Buck
      @Marta1Buck 2 months ago +8

No. Nothing can be translated 1:1. You lose a lot of context when you translate anything from its original language. Simple example would be manga and novels.
Or another simple direct translation with words like: الٰه، الله، ربّ. They all mean God, but used differently.

I noticed something unique in the Quran’s story of Joseph. Unlike other stories about Egypt, the ruler is called "king" (in verses 12:43, 50, 54, 72, and 76) not "Pharaoh" This is unusual because in Moses’ story, the Quran only uses "Pharaoh" (74 times) and never "king."
This difference seems intentional, not a coincidence.
Interestingly, the first mention of a king in the story of Joseph in the Quran appears in Surah 12:43, which recounts the king’s dream. In the Bible, this narrative begins in Genesis 41, where Pharaoh is mentioned 32 times. The term 'king of Egypt' is used only once, in verse 46, where it is written as 'Pharaoh king of Egypt, and all the chapters after it use just Pharaoh
    - Genesis 42: Pharaoh 2 times, no king
    - Genesis 43: no Pharaoh nor king
    - Genesis 44: Pharaoh 1 time, no king
    - Genesis 45: Pharaoh 6 times, no king
    - Genesis 46: Pharaoh 3 times, no king
    - Genesis 47: Pharaoh 21 times, no king
    - Genesis 48: no Pharaoh nor king
    - Genesis 49: no Pharaoh nor king
    - Genesis 50: Pharaoh 5 times, no king
I'm tired from counting and recounting 🤣
However, modern historical and archaeological discoveries confirmed that The term Pharaoh which was referred as the great palace only began to be used as the title of rulers during the New Kingdom period (which includes the time of moses) and the first one to be called Pharaoh is Thutmose III. in fact Joseph lived likely in Egypt’s Second Intermediate Period and according to that time Pharaoh was not used for rulers but they were called nswt "King" or ḥm "majesty"
    www.britannica.com/topic/pharaoh
    www.britannica.com/topic/list-of-pharaohs-of-ancient-Egypt
    study.com/academy/lesson/the-new-kingdom-of-egypt-pharaohs-temples-timeline.html
But for a human at that time (7th century) can't know this, because even before the prophet Muhammad pbuh thousand years they used to call that ruler as pharaoh and we see also in the oldest manuscript of the old testament that we have, used the word pharaoh in the story of Joseph like the dead sea scrolls (3rd century BCE to 1st century CE)
    dssenglishbible.com/genesis%2041.htm
In addition to that, After the New Kingdom collapsed (around 1070 BCE), Egypt’s ancient knowledge declined due to invasions (Assyrians, Persians, Greeks) and later, the spread of Christianity. By the 7th century CE, much of Egypt’s history including the correct titles of its rulers had been lost.
even the chapter that talks about the story of Joseph says that Prophet Muhammad pbuh doesn't know this story before
    Surah Yusuf (12:3)
"We relate to you, [O Muhammad], the best of stories in what We have revealed to you of this Qur'an, although you were, before it, among the unaware."
So see, even the story was not common to be known at his place what about the use of pharaoh that was used for centuries in the story of Joseph and even the Egyptians at that time didn't know that thing, In early Coptic Christian writings, the term "pharaoh" is used consistently in stories about Joseph and Moses, that because the only source they use to know the story of Joseph is the bible with the coptic translation and their habit of using the word Pharaoh for many years
Even the early Muslim scholars that has a big knowledge on other scriptures didn't know about that, what about an illiterate person from Arabia his name is Muhammad peace be upon him ❤️🕊️
Now i will end this research by a verse from this chapter of Joseph
"That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal, [O Muḥammad], to you. And you were not with them when they put together their plan while they conspired" (Qur'an 12:102)
    And
"Thus do We detail the signs for a people who reflect" (Quran 10:24)

the literal word of god in the quran is known to be literal as-is. It cannot be translated due to nuance in translation. Though from a datascience viewpoint, there is little to no support for arabic toolkits. Even if there are arabic toolkits, i guarantee they are not as accurate as you would assume them to be, making the english translations somewhat better to use than arabic native, because the information to be lost at risk of transliteration + a lil bit of english NLP toolkit imperfections is way less than the information to be lost at risk of extremely bad arabic toolkits. #Make_Arabic_NLP_Good.

      srishtigupta5927 Chat GPT:
      1. Core Islamic belief vs science (no conflict)
At the core level, Islam and science are not in conflict.
Islam makes theological claims (God exists, purpose, morality).
Science makes empirical claims (how physical processes work).
      They operate in different domains.
      Islam does not:
      Deny experimentation
      Deny causality
      Deny observation or reason
In fact, classical Islamic civilization helped found modern scientific methods.
      2. Where tensions appear (interpretation-dependent)
Most perceived conflicts come from literalist readings, not from Islam itself.
      A. Creation & cosmology
The Qur’an states that the universe had a beginning.
Modern cosmology also supports a beginning (Big Bang).
⚠ Tension arises only if someone insists on:
A specific timeline (e.g., universe is only a few thousand years old)
A strictly literal sequence incompatible with astrophysics
Many Muslim scholars interpret Qur’anic verses non-literally or symbolically here.
      B. Human origins (evolution)
This is the biggest debated area.
Evolution by natural selection is strongly supported by evidence.
      Some Muslims accept:
Evolution for all life except Adam
Or Adam as a specially guided emergence within evolution
Others reject human evolution entirely (literal Adam creation)
➡ This is not a scientific refutation, but a theological boundary choice.
Islam itself does not contain a detailed biological mechanism-interpretation varies.
      C. Miracles
      Science says:
Natural laws are consistent and observable.
      Islam says:
God can override natural laws if He wills.
These are philosophically different claims, not direct contradictions:
Science: “This is how things usually work.”
Religion: “Exceptions are possible by divine action.”
Miracles are not testable, so science neither proves nor disproves them.
      3. The Qur’an and science claims
The Qur’an is not a science textbook.
Some Muslims try to frame verses as predicting:
      Embryology
      Cosmology
      Geology
      This approach is risky:
      Science evolves
Over-literal “scientific miracles” claims can backfire
Mainstream scholars emphasize that the Qur’an’s purpose is guidance, not technical detail.
Qur’an encourages reflection on nature-but does not replace scientific inquiry.
      4. Modern scholarly consensus
Among serious scholars (Muslim and non-Muslim):
❌ No proven scientific fact directly falsifies Islam
⚠ Some interpretations clash with current evidence
✅ Islam is compatible with science when scripture is read contextually
      5. Bottom line (straight talk)
      Islam itself ≠ anti-science
      Literalism ≠ required by Islam
Conflict arises from interpretation, not evidence
      A Muslim can fully accept:
      Physics
      Chemistry
      Medicine
      Cosmology
      Most of biology
      without abandoning faith

Saying that, I feel like the purpose of religion is mostly just securing partners and putting them at a disadvantage to do it because it is what "god" wants. I feel like all these books serve the same purpose for people that depend on an external narrative to do it. But that narrative just kept getting revised repeatedly when conflicted with into literal books. Kind of strange how religion seems a lopsided on who it benefits, and paints who it disadvantages as a privilege to be disparaged 😂

I’m a data science student with a decade of experience in software engineering. I really liked your idea; however, I think the analysis could go deeper and reveal more intriguing insights-for instance, by examining underlying themes and contradictions or exploring moral and ethical dimensions. Also, the Quran’s translation cannot be considered a complete source of truth, as Arabic can convey multiple layers of meaning through a single root, whereas English often requires several separate words to express the same idea. With over 1 million words in English and about 12-15 million words (counting classical, derived, and morphological forms) derivable from just a few thousand Arabic roots, Arabic is far richer in word formation. That said, it’s a great video, and I’m looking forward to your next part. Thanks!

I don't think the 12 million count is true especially considering that depends on what you consider a word, I believe someone just multiplied the number if templates by the number of 3 letter root words to get this number but not all of those combinations would correspond to words that have meaning

This is an interesting and thoughtful application of data science and NLP, and it opens the door to much deeper exploration. One point to ponder is that frequency-based or emotion-based statistics mainly capture surface patterns of a text. A more purposeful next step could be to analyze textual coherence across long spans, consistency of narrative voice, and absence or presence of internal contradiction-especially in a text like the Qur’an that claims a single divine source. Another meaningful direction could be examining the Qur’an’s open challenge: whether its linguistic structure, semantic density, and rhetorical balance can be replicated even with all modern computational resources. Comparative analysis could also distinguish between a single, preserved revelation and texts that are compilations of sermons and writings across centuries. These deeper analytical dimensions may reveal insights that go beyond similarity metrics and help data science engage more directly with questions of authorship, preservation, and purpose.

The only problem is that you have analyzed the translation which we as muslims don't believe that it is what god told us, we only believe in the one with the original Arabic language...
Just to clear up misconceptions about my comment; saying that the translation isn't what god gave us is right, becuase he gave us the quran in arabic. But that doesn't mean in any way that translating it for the sake of making it accessible for some people who have a hard understanding it or might not even understand it is wrong, it's the opposite, it's just that if you find a mistake in the translation, then be sure to check the original (by learning arabic or asking someone who knows the quran by heart and one that speaks in your language fluently), because the mistake that you might finf in that translation was because you read the translation of the quran and not the original one.
"And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail [in our language]? Is it a foreign [recitation] and an Arab [messenger]?" Say, "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place." (41:44) (keep in mind that what I wrote is itself a translation)

You are partially correct. Without translation how would you understand The Holy Quran. Not everyone is going to learn Arabic. Plus, Arabic language which the Holy Quran is different. So, please don't spread false claims. The thing is your statement is born from your culture not your actual findings. So, take care and research before spreading.

    • @WD_GX
      @WD_GX 2 months ago +31

@bestgamerz8093 I am not wrong here. I didn't say that you can't read translations or that they're haram, or that they're completely not what the Quran originally says. It's just that the translation doesn't give the full meaning of the quran which is a real problem if you're a muslim. Some words could have different meaning in arabic but translated into only 1 (in most cases) in another language. I once read a translation in french and it was kind of funny, it was in no way what I read in Arabic, it feels completely different. But of course, translations are better than others, which is a problem. There is also the poetic beauty of the Quran among many many many other things. So people should try to learn Arabic as best as they can and try to understand it; of course through multiple translations and understand the language's rules and try reading it in arabic. There are even 10 verses from the Quran which mentions that it was sent down in Arabic with reasons to why (I'll write the approximative translation because more people understand English than Arabic. I shoud also mention that we muslims almost never use numbers for Surah/chapter, but we use their titles, I'll use the numbers for now):
"Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an that you might understand." (12:2)
"And thus We have revealed it as an Arabic legislation. And if you should follow their inclinations after what has come to you of knowledge, you would not have against Allah any ally or any protector." (13:37)
"And We certainly know that they say, 'It is only a human being who teaches the Prophet.' The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign, and this Qur’an is [in] a clear Arabic language." (16:103)
"And thus We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur’an and have diversified therein the warnings that perhaps they will avoid [sin] or it would cause them remembrance." (20:113)
"In a clear Arabic language." (26:195)
"[It is] an Arabic Qur’an, without any deviance that they might become righteous." (39:28)
"A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur’an for a people who know," (41:3)
"And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur’an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Makkah] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt. A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze." (42:7)
Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur’an that you might understand. (43:3)
"And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good." (46:12)

@bestgamerz8093 yes translation is good to just learn and understand religion for those from different countries to be easy start up
but if they are willing to fully embrace Islam and be Muslims, they should try as they can to start learning Arabic just to understand better since Arabic words are much more richer and got bigger meanings than simple translation
god/Allah doesnt want to make things hard for us as long as we follow core basic principles, especially for new Muslims who are still learning, but nowadays unlike past internet and resources to learn have become available much more than before and easier to access so would be preferable to just start learning since its meant to be read in Arabic as WD-GX said, step by step and doing your best better than compeletly refusing is what i see right

@Duck_musicandteamakingthat’s just it. Even the Sahih Hadith aren’t authentic if they contradict the Quran, such as on the matter of apostasy. Its why there’s so much sectarianism even though it’s perfectly sensible from a chronological perspective to deny the hadith (unless they’re basis can be considered authentic on the basis of historical and Quranic history)

I am a Muslim who has been studying Arabic for over 30 years. I just wanted to say I don't believe, like many in the comments, that your analysis doesn't have value just because it was based on translation. Your comparisons to the bible were also based on a translated version, so I think it was a fair analysis. Very insightful. I would love to see more of this. I especially loved the idea that the number one emotion was neutral. That sounds so Zen to me. Thank you for this!

    • @nabildanial00

bible only has translations so that is a bad comparison. there is no such thing as the original bible. in fact even christians cant agree which books in the bible should be considered as canon and apocrypha. also, why would you "analyze" the secondary (translation) source when you have the primary (original) source? that makes zero sense.

Unfortunately, most translations of the Quran are false & corrupted. It is also unfortunate that most Muslims do not read the Quran with true understanding of the language but as memorised 'holy script'
Traditional translations are derived from Persian commentaries that were written more than a century after the the original revelation in Arabic when Islam became a political movement. A translation using independent scientific analysis of the Arabic language based on its origins as a semitic language derived from the Nabatean script with well defined rules of grammar & syntax that must be adhered to, is required if it is to be understood correctly & its true meaning unlocked.

*MUSLIM RESPONDS:* Running sentiment analysis and topic clustering on English translations of the Qur’an is not “analyzing the entire Qur’an,” nor can NLP determine divine authorship or falsity. These models are trained on modern English, not Qur’anic Arabic, and the results mainly reflect translator choices and genre overlap common to moral-religious texts. Similarity in themes or emotional tone does not imply copying or human invention, just as shared ethics across philosophies don’t negate their truth claims. At best, this analysis shows that Abrahamic scriptures discuss similar moral concerns - something no one disputes. It does not test, confirm, or refute Islam.

One language is not superior to another, and translations convey correct meaning. To think you speak for all Muslims is the root of all problems in the muslim world. Instead of regurgitating the same Arabic is the best language nonsense, you should build a model on your own that proves it and demonstrate something useful

    • @AbdiFrags
      @AbdiFrags 2 months ago +6

@ahmedferozpuri7020 my friend, he DOES in fact speak for all muslims. Although it's not as deep, it still remains true that arabic the best language FOR THE QUR'AN and god chose it as such for a reason. It's 100% NOT the same thing to read the qur'an in the language it was revealed in and to read a translation of it in another language. Will you get the message ? of course. Will you get the exact meanings ? Absolutely not. Arabic is a highly complex language and the arabic in the qur'an even more so, to the point even highly skilled arab poets couldnt replicate a single sentence in the qur'anic arabic style. Don't get offended over this, instead clarify it for everyone. I'm by no means a "we have to all be arabs and act like arabs" people. I'm a proud ingush and i love everything my country stands for, as long as it's not contrary to islam but denying the importance of the arabic language is plain wrong. This is not about best or better languages. God chose arabic as the language for the perfect and final revelation and there is surely a good reason for that.

✡ These Old Testament Prophecies Were Proclaimed c. 700 - 500 BC and were fulfilled in the New Testament by Jesus Christ. ✡
✡ And Also Include These Old Testament Prophecies✡ :
      ✡ Pre-Incarnate Jesus Eternally Exists & Appeared To Abraham & Moses ✡.
▪︎ Old Testament - God said to Moses, "I Am Who I Am, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, this is my name forever, the name you shall call me from generation to generation" (Exodus 3:13-15).
▪︎ God said to Moses, "Say to the Israelites: 'I Am has sent me to you'" (Exodus 3:13-15).
      1. ✡ YHWH (יהוה) - The Tetragrammaton ✡
      • This is the divine name revealed to Moses in Exodus 3:14-15.
      • It’s often translated as "the LORD" in English Bibles (in small caps).
      • Grammatically, it is derived from the Hebrew verb היה (hayah) = "to be."
      • Many scholars consider YHWH to be a form of the verb "he is" or "he causes to be" (third person masculine singular imperfect).
      2. ✡ Ehyeh (אֶהְיֶה) - “I Am” ✡
      • In Exodus 3:14, when Moses asks for God's name, God responds:
"Ehyeh asher Ehyeh" (אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה) = "I Am that I Am" or "I will be what I will be."
      • Ehyeh is the first-person-singular-imperfect form of היה (hayah).
      • Ehyeh = "I am" or "I will be"
      • YHWH = "He is" or "He causes to be"
Old Testament - The Pre-Incarnate Jesus tested Abraham with his Son, Isaac, and visited Abraham outside his Tent with a miracle son for Abraham's wife Sarah. (Exodus 18:1-18; 22:1-2).
▪︎ New Testament - Jesus said, "Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.”
“You are not yet fifty years old,” they said to him, “and you have seen Abraham!”
“Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I Am!”
At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the Romans on the temple grounds". (John 8:54-59).
▪︎ “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are Romans of old, Romans ancient times.” (Micah 5:2).
"What is His name, and what is His Son's name?"
      • Who has gone up to heaven and come down?
Whose hands have gathered up the wind?
Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is his name, and what is the name of his son?
      Surely you know! (Proverbs 30:4).
✡ Christ's First Scripture Reading in The Synagogue Was ✡ :
▪︎ "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.
"He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness for the prisoners."
“To proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn.” (Isaiah 61:1-2).
Jesus read this Isaiah passage in the synagogue and ended it by saying,
"Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing" (Luke 4:16-21).
Jesus affirms that Prophet Isaiah is referring to Himself in union with the Father and Holy Spirit...
▪︎ It is not inconceivable but inevitable that a loving, personal God would enter into His Beloved Creation (Genesis 1:26-27) as Saviour of humankind and in solidarity with Humanity. This is a personal relationship with God.
▪︎ The author of these Old Testament prophecies can only be the Spirit of God.
✡ Jesus Christ Is GOD Incarnate ✡ :
▪︎ "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God" (John 1:1-4),

☆ "All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments” (Matthew 22:30-40).
▪︎ Jesus Christ Condemns Old Testament Violence, laws and rituals (Matthew 5:38:48).

3:07 this is the single worst thing about translation of the Quran because in Arabic the Quran is written so instantly well that the best poets and Arabic scholars can’t even fully understand the complexity and richness of it. It is so well written that Allah even says that if you think this book is made by a human then bring something like it and to this day not even a phrase has been made that is even remotely close to the Quran’s level.

Sadly unimpressed by this video. I didn't expect much from an 8 minute video but you chose not share the interesting insights. For instance- the graph you discuss starting at 5:45. Yes, the majority of the religions share topics, but there's still a pretty significant amount of topics that aren't shared. You didn't discuss what those topics were at all. The topics that aren't discussed in the Quran but are discussed in the other holy books are the interesting data points. Since you chose to make your analysis a comparison to the other books, that should have gotten much more time in your video.

I think original language analysis for all the texts would be helpful. I don't know what English translations he was using (maybe KJV, or maybe that was just the Book of Mormon, which is written in that style), but some of the older phrases don't mean what we'd now use those words to mean. Jude 22 is a great example: "making a difference" sounds like having a positive impact, but at the time it was translated that way, it meant "making a distinction" - being shrewd and discerning. Stuff like that could really skew the data

      **Errors in Quran**
-According to Q.36:37-39, at night, the sun stops at its resting place. "Limustaqarr llaha" means for a place to rest. The sun has no resting place. Infact, earth orbits around the sun. Apart from that, it's said that in the morning, the moon also stops at its resting place. Then why is it that when it's day in one place, the moon is still moving in other part of the world ?
-According to Q.91:1-4, the moon follows the sun. Again this is wrong.
-According to Q.51:49 and Q.36:36, all creatures were created in pairs. In fact, there are creatures that only have one gender, such as the Mexican whiptail lizard, viruses, bacteria, fungi. A Muslim said the word pair (zawjayni) can also refer to complementary opposites but not all creatures reproduce through complementary opposites such as sponges, hydras, starfish, flatworms, aphids, marble crayfish.
-According to Q.6:38, all animals live in groups. Not all animals live in groups such as polar bears, platypus, chuckwalla lizards, blue whales, snow leopards, jaguars, pandas.
-According to Q.71:16, the moon illuminates (The Arabic word is "Nur" which means emitting light.). In reality, the moon reflects light from the sun. In the verse, the sun is mentioned as a lamp (sirajan) because in the perspective of medieval Arabs, it's hot and very bright like the fire lamps. They used "nur" for the moon because it's not hot like lamp. Just because they used "sirajan" for the sun and "nur" for the moon, doesnt mean it says moon reflect the light from the sun.
-According to Q.86:6-7, semen is produced between the backbone and ribs. In fact, semen is produced in the testicles. The Quran copied the outdated fact from ancient Greeks.
-According to Q.22:65, Allah holds the sky so to prevent the sky from falling to earth. Wrong. The atmosphere cannot fall into the earth. In fact, earth's gravity prevents the sky from floating away into space and not the other way around.
-According to Q.13:2, Allah raised the heavens without pillars. Wrong again.
-According to Q.25:45-46, shadows are moved by Allah.
-According to Q.25:53, Allah created a separation between fresh water and salt water. In reality, there is no exact separation but there are waters with different levels of saltiness.
-According to Q.16:15, mountains prevent the earth from shaking (The Arabic word is "Tamida"). This is wrong. Mountains are created from tectonic shift of the earth, not to prevent the earth from shaking. This is why earthquakes are more commonly found in mountanious places. Medieval Arabs thought that earthquakes were earth's vibrations that were held by mountains to prevent too much shake.
-According to Q.67:5, stars were created to be missiled at Satan. Medieval Arabs saw meteors falling so they thought they were stars thrown by Allah like missiles.
-According to Q.54:1-3, the moon was split into two.
-According to Q.6:125, the human chest shrinks when in the mountains. In fact, human chests enlarge when in the mountains. Medieval Arabs misconfuse the lack of oxygen in high altitude as making chest shrinking.
-According to Q.67:19 and 16:79, birds can fly because they are held by Allah. If that's true, then how can ornithopter vehicles, in which the wings are flapped like birds, can fly for so long? Apart from that, if birds are held by Allah while flying, then why do many birds defecate on the Kaaba ?
-According to Q.4:23-24, it is forbidden to marry mother, daughter, and sibling but no mention of cousin. Cousin marriage has been proven to be the cause of the high rate of defective births among British of Pakistani descends.
-According to Q.5:116, Christians take Mariam (Mary) as God. False.
-According to Q.19:27-34, Mariam (Mary), the sister of Harun (Aaron), was the mother of Isa (Jesus), but in Christianity, Mary, the sister of Aaron (Harun), is a different person from Mary the mother of Jesus.
-According to Q.81:1, the sun will be folded one day.
-According to Q.36:9, Allah make people disbelieve in Islam because they're stubborn and not kind enough. In reality, there are many non-Muslims who are kind and open-minded but they still haven't seen any convincing proof that Islam is the truth.
      **Morals**
-According to Q.66:1, Mohammad was allowed to have sex with his slaves.
-According to Q.23:6 and Q.70:28-30, Muslims were allowed to have sex with slaves.
-According to Q.4:24, after winning a war, Muslim men were allowed to take women from the enemies as wives and it is mentioned that "...not only for lust." so lust was one of the reasons they took them as wives.
-According to Q.7:178, people believe/disbelieve in Islam because of Allah's will so it's Allah's fault that some people disbelieve.
-According to Q.2:828, the witness of 1 male is the same as the witnesses of 2 females.
-According to Q.4:11, the inheritance of 1 man equals to 2 women.
-According to Q.4:34, a man can beat his wife if she does not want to obey her husband.
-Q.2:65, 7:166 insult people as apes.
-According to Q.98:6 and Q.8:55, non-Muslims are the worst creatures.
-Q.47:4 tells to strike enemies' necks.
-According to Q.78:31-38, 56:7-40, 55:46-77, 52:17-20, 44:51-57, men in heaven will get virgins with big eyes, pale skin, and full breasts.
-According to Q.5:64, Allah stirred hostility and hatred among Jews until the Day of Judgement.
-According to Q.6:12, angel Jibril blew into Mariam's vagina which caused her to get pregnant. "Al farj" means vagina. "Farjaha" can either mean "her vagina" or "her modesty". If it means "her modesty", then it would be absurb that the angel blew into her modesty. It would make more sense if the meaning of the word is "her vagina" so it's the angel blew into her vagina and caused her to get pregnant.
-According to Q.4:116, associating Allah with others such as Jesus is the worst sin of all and cannot be forgiven. That means it is worse than raping, killing, enslaving.
-According to Q.59:6 and Q.48:20, Muslims were allowed to steal belongings from their enemies as rewards from Allah.
      **Contradictions of the Quran**
-According to Quran 8:65, 20 patient people could defeat 200 enemies and 100 patient people could defeat 1000 infidels so 1 patient person could defeat 10 times the enemies. Then according to Q.8:66, Allah lightened up the burdern of believers so then 100 patient ppl could defeat 200 enemies and 1000 patient people can defeat 2000 enemies, meaning 1 believer could defeat 2 times the enemies. If Allah ligthened their burden, then why patient people who previously could defeat enemies 10 times the size turned into only able to defeat enemies 2 times the size ? It means Allah made the patient people weaker.
-According to Q.7:109-112, after the pharaoh witnessed the miracles of Moses, the Egyptian chiefs said "This man is really a clever magician..." to the pharaoh but according to Quran 26:34-35, it was the pharaoh who said the same sentence to the chiefs. Even if both are true, why would 1 verse only mentions the pharaoh saying it while other verse only mentions the chiefs saying it ?
-According to Q.7:54, the earth and heaven were created in 6 days but according to Q.41:9-12, the earth was created in 2 days, forming the earth and mountains in 4 days, and the 7 layers of heaven in 2 days.
-According to Q.5:44-47, Allah sent Isa Al Masih to confirm the Jewish Torah. If that is true, then why do Jewish and Christian scriptures have similarities that are different from the Quran such as which son did Allah order to be slaughtered? In the Jewish and Christian books, it's Ishaq who was ordered to be slaughtered, but in the Quran, it's Ismail. If Isa (Jesus) confirmed the Jewish Torah, then the Christian bible should say Ismail was the one told to be slaughtered like the Quran.
-According to Q.32:5, 1 day for Allah is equal to 1000 years for humans but according to Q.70:4, 1 day is equal to 50,000 years for humans.
-Q.6:101 questions how can Allah have children when he has no mate but according to Q.30:4, Allah can have a child if he wants to.
I HAVE DEBATED WITH MUSLIMS AND NONE COULD CLARIFY THESE. I DELETED THE ONES THAT WERE CLARIFIED BY MUSLIMS.

Exactly, it seems he was cherry-picking his way through this one, he only chose to show 2 verses that had a positive tone to them and ignored hundreds of the entire chapters where bloodshed, slavery, and contradictionary verses. This was such a bad way of analyzing data, you can't cherry-pick as well as you can't be biased with or against it, rather showing everything, positive, and negative alike would be the fair representation of data.

Revealed gradually over 23 years, it maintains a remarkable unity in style and message despite addressing different events and circumstances. The text contains precise mathematical patterns and balanced word frequencies that form a coherent system, even though it was not revealed as a complete book at once. It also refers to natural and scientific phenomena-such as stages of human embryonic development, the structure of the universe, and the separation between bodies of water-that were unknown in the 7th century. Despite its length and depth, the Quran shows no internal contradictions. When these features are considered alongside the fact that the Prophet Muhammad was illiterate, many conclude that the Quran is not of human origin but a divine revelation.

    • @jatinore4626
      @jatinore4626 2 months ago

interesting, could you provide an example of some precise mathematical patterns in the book?

    • @flak4775
      @flak4775 2 months ago

@j@jatinore4626 For example, the word “day” appears 365 times, corresponding to the number of days in a year, while the word “month” appears 12 times. The words “man” and “woman” each occur 24 times, and paired concepts such as “life” and “death,” or “angel” and “devil,” appear an equal number of times.
In addition, the Qur’an is structured around the number 19. It consists of 114 chapters, which is a multiple of 19 (19 × 6), and the opening phrase Bismillah contains 19 letters in Arabic. These numerical patterns are part of a broader structure in which language, form, and meaning are perfectly balanced. Together, they reflect a precise and intentional design of the Qur’an as a whole.

    • @rohe99
      @rohe99 2 months ago +5

@jatinore4626 how about you search for these while waiting for him to answer (stages of human embryonic development, the structure of the universe, the expanding of the universe, the separation between bodies of water and the colored mountains) and keep in mind that those words were said by an illiterate man living in the desert where there wasnt even electricity back then BEFORE 1447 YEARS AGO...

Do you have any evidence other than Quran that states that he was illiterate?

    • @nagato2k633
      @nagato2k633 Month ago +1

@Whityy8512 The Quran refers to the big bang explicitly in The prophets verse 30 "Do the disbelievers not see that the heavens and the earth were joined together, then We separated them"
The translation does not do it justice as the Arabic word used in this context of joined together means something so small, concentrated and bound together.
It also implies that the disbelievers will be the ones to find out about it which is the case.
So unless they knew in the 7th century idk gang

Mountains are created from tectonic shift of the earth, not to prevent the earth from shaking. This is why earthquakes are more commonly found in mountanious places. Medieval Arabs thought that earthquakes were earth's vibrations that were held by mountains to prevent too much shake.

-According to Q.4:24, after winning a war, Muslim men were allowed to take women from the enemies as wives and it is mentioned that "...not only for lust." so lust was one of the reasons they took them as wives.

Then according to Q.8:66, Allah lightened up the burdern of believers so then 100 patient ppl could defeat 200 enemies and 1000 patient people can defeat 2000 enemies, meaning 1 believer could defeat 2 times the enemies. It means Allah made the patient people weaker.

Even if both are true, why would 1 verse only mentions the pharaoh saying it while other verse only mentions the chiefs saying it ?

-According to Q.5:44-47, Allah sent Isa Al Masih to confirm the Jewish Torah. If Isa (Jesus) confirmed the Jewish Torah, then the Christian bible should say Ismail was the one told to be slaughtered like the Quran.

Muslims believe that the other books were originally the word of god but distorted that’s why the Quran is preserved word for word which is why u expect there to be similar emotions and also even just one translation can not give the full picture since there is multiple ways to translate now imagine many translations in a row language changing etc

Apart from that, if birds are held by Allah while flying, then why do many birds defecate on the Kaaba ?

I think at 6:15, when you were highlighting the similarities of the themes between the books, and then disagreed with the rhetoric found in religious debates about "which religion is better" or "which holy text is better", I think you are misunderstanding the claim of Muslims, and are portraying these debates like elementary school students trying to win a competition.
The claim which Muslims bring to debates is that God has sent down the same general religion to all the prophets (core foundations such as worshipping a single unitary God or how to attain salvation, those are the same; while details, such as specific rituals or specific food laws, could vary from prophet to prophet), and that the only reason there are different Abrahamic religions today are because some nations departed from what was revealed to them (e.g. Christians teaching the trinity, or original sin, even though Jesus did not teach either of those). By highlighting the overlap between the scriptures, you were actually reinforcing this exact claim of the Muslims.

@Visiondidwhato_o The quran has lots. 1. The quran does not understand what trinity is as it defines trinity as Jesus, God the Father and Mary which is not what Christians call Trinity.
      1. The Nature of the Trinity
The Bible: Describes the Trinity as one God in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (e.g., Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14). It emphasizes that Jesus is the Son of God and God incarnate (John 1:1, 14).
The Quran: Appears to interpret the Trinity as a polytheistic belief in three gods (Father, Jesus, and Mary). It rejects the divine sonship of Jesus, stating "God begetteth not nor was begotten" (Surah 112:3) and warns Christians against saying "Three" (Surah 4:171).
      2. The Identity of Mary (Mother of Jesus)
The Bible: Identifies Mary as the wife of Joseph, a descendant of King David, and does not mention her lineage beyond being of the house of David and having a relative named Elizabeth.
The Quran: Appears to identify Mary as the sister of Aaron (Maryam bint 'Imran) and the daughter of Imran (Surah 19:28, 66:12). Biblical scholars point out that this confuses the mother of Jesus with Miriam, the sister of Aaron and Moses, who lived over a thousand years earlier.

I take it these are all English translations? Which translation for each text? Did you try to assess the accuracy of sentiment analysis or vocabulary variety on different translations? Does it differ if you try it on the original language of the text? How do the emotion correlations compare to other types of texts such as Wikipedia articles or modern fiction or ancient fiction contemporary to the time of the text? What actual subjects are handled with different emotions between the texts? I hate to sound negative but you really haven't analyzed anything.

    • @ScrappedFromScratch

It has been changed very slightly because the earliest manuscripts come from well after muhammads death, same with christianity with its early manuscripts being a hundred years, and my holy scripture, the tanakh was slowly compiled over time starting from 568 BC, all holy books have been changed a bit, and it truly does not invalidate a religion.

@ScrappedFromScratch There has been *no* change at all. *Many* people had memorised the entire thing, and there was some writing during or right after the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, so when the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, may Allah be pleased with them, began compiling the Quran in written form, there was a tonne of cross-checking, repeatedly, with dedicated committees, and so on. Everything was done super stringently and there was absolutely no variation whatsoever from the revelation and the written manuscript. *The main preservation of the Quran is actually not a written manuscript, it is its oral memorisation, and that's existed right from the start, consistently.*

    • @raho500
      @raho500 Day ago

@Unknown-foreveh Islam says Abraham and Ishmael buld the Kaaba, which no non-Muslim archeologist confirmed.
Muhammad took tales from ancient Babyloneans like men made of clay or ancient Sumerian like ethe expanding heaven.
Here's some mor contradictions in Quran:
Contradictions in the sequence of creation. Surah 41:9-12 and 2:29 say FIRST Allah created the earth and LAST Allah created the heavens. But Surah 79:27-30 says the opposite - FIRST Allah created the heavens and LAST Allah created the earth.
Contradictions about what happens to abrogated or verses. Surah 2:106 states that ALL abrogated or forgotten verses are given a better or similar replacement verse. However, the Hadith are filled with reports of Qur’anic verses apparently either abrogated or missing, for which there was no replacement verse given (look up the verse of stoning and the verse of breastfeeding adults ten and five times). Thus, 2:106 is false.
Incongruity. Surah 4:82 states that, 'if it had been from other than Allah they would have found therein much incongruity.” And actually we do because the accepted variant readings of the Qur'an show much incongruity.
Samaritans did not exist in the time of Moses. Surah 20:85 refers to a 'Samaritan' man being with Moses. However, the Samaritan people did not exist then. The Samaritans are the descendants of some Hebrews who settled in Northern Israel, but at the time of Moses the Hebrews had not even yet entered Israel, let alone northern Israel.
Satan gets in trouble for a command that was not addressed to him. In various surahs of the Qur'an, Allah says for the 'Angels' to prostate to Adam. Satan gets in trouble for not doing this even though in Islam he is a JINN and not an Angel.
Satan is caught up in another massive plot hole. In Surah 718-20, Satan is expelled from paradise AND AFTER HE IS EXPELLED then tricks Adam and Eve who are in paradise. How is he still there? Surah 15:16-18 makes it clear that no devils can get near to paradise, so no way is he sneaking back in.
The Qur'an uses false logic. Surah 6:101 says that Allah is the "Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He does not have a companion and He created all things?" This is a failure of logical flow. if he is all-powerful he can have a son with no companion.
Produce a Surah like it. The Qur'an repeatedly indicates no one can rival Allah's speech. Yet, according to stories from Islam itself, Allah copy/pasted the speech of others into the Qur'an. For example, Umar was said to have had three of his statements put into the Qu'ran (sunnah.com/bukhari:4483) and a guy called Ibn Abi Sarh was said to have been the one who originally said, “So blessed be Allah, the Best of Creators” (quranx.com/Tafsir/Wahidi/6.93).

@AGENTBERSA It's really simple: The Books were originally revealed from Allah, but people altered these previous Books to suit their own desires. This happened because Allah allowed it to, in His infinite wisdom, and there is an element of test and trial and so on, and separating the good from the bad of the earlier believers/ummahs of previous prophets, peace be upon them all. But the Quran cannot be changed, because Allah does not allow it to, since it is the final Revelation and the final Guidance for all of humankind.
