@scrogathon congrats bro , key thing they don't make more land , grab it while you can ,it's nerve racking and stressful but at the end it's a comity that will hold it's value and build value over time
We picked it up late into the housing boom , land and houses was expensive at the time but land and houses was selling quick , we paid just under 30k cad (around 2500 a acre) including transfer fees etc , this same spot would have sold under 20k a few years back , but has lifted in value since we bought it Key thing is they make more houses cars etc but they don't make more land ...
