This a brilliant spreader, it’s like a small version of your old straw chopper that you used to use on the 6930. I’m surprised because for how accurate it is! Great video Olly 👍
Better than the spreadabale you know exactly where the straw is going by adjusting the shoot I feel you have more control over the angle and a better chop which you will find Olly that you will be bedding the cattle up less times a week.
Hi Ollie. What model manitou are you using it on? We have a telehawk and wouldn’t be without it. But we are running a Merlo now and looking to swap to manitou.
The stand is just a holder for the bale you put that down all the way put the ramp down and you load the bale straight from the floor you don't need different machines to load it 🤙🏻
I was going to say, we run a rear mounted Teagle, and no need to be loading the bale with a loader, just have a row of them on the edge ready in the yard / shed, and just drop tailgate down, you can reverse into it, but personally I just roll it in myself (takes
Hi Ollie, thx again for the reactions on my previous comments, are you going to get a ferguson te20 to add to your collection of classic tractors?? And out of the Spread a bale and the Telehawk I think for your farm the spread a bale would work better as its smaller so it can get round all your sheds easier having said that the Telehawk might be better as you can control where the straw goes. Anyway great video.
Not sure about the over use of the word ‘super’ and being told to ‘stay safe’ at the end of the vid, but otherwise interesting content. Keep up the good work!
You'd be best of with one on tractor far to much faf unhooking from spikes to chopper everytime you use it, at least if it's on tractor your only unhooking a few times to do other jobs not severel times a day

The Teagle factory is only, 6 miles from me, I love a straw chopper here.
Teagle looks good job 👍
I like that a lot 💥 think your straw usage will go up a bit.

Great video as always that would be a great help for your farm I am to your channel
Looks a fair bit of kit that Olly.
Belle vidéo Olly's Farm 👍🚜🚨

In talks for a post WW2 TE20 at the moment, hopefully be here by April, yes it’s a difficult choice because they’re both great bedders
@@OllysFarmLtd thx for reply, will be great to see on channel. Agreed very tough decision.
What’s the price of that? Bet it’s nearly twice the price of a spread a bale!
It's a reasonably priced machine in all fairness for what it does
@@OllysFarmLtd a lot less to go wrong on a spread a bale. Went from having a Kuhn blower to a spread a bale wouldn’t ever go back
👍👍👍
Helps if you get it in the shed 😂
