I have published an application in the app source. It successfully passed all the testing stages and obtained certification. However, when I proceed to install it from the app source to test it, I encounter an error when the application starts. The error displayed is:
"The app didn't start correctly. Check that you are online, and try refreshing your browser". If I select to show more details about the error, it shows the following: "The xrm connection reference is missing an API name or connection name".
I should mention that the managed solution I am using contains:
    - Canvas app.
    - Power automate flows.
    - Connection references.
    - Environment variables.
I hope you can help me with this challenge.

When you publish any power app after packing it as managed solution then the source code will be hidden from users and cannot be edited.

Install Power Platform tools in Visual Studio or Microsoft Power Platform CLI in order for 'pac' to be recognized.
Follow below blog to know more about prerequisites- powerdynamixx.blogspot.com/2023/09/publish-your-app-on-appsource-dynamics.html

if cli command isn't working then try installing the latest version from here - aka.ms/PowerAppsCLI
Drop a mail to mahasethrajnish@gmail.com with the error. We can schedule a short call to fix the issue. I think your system is missing something which is required to run the pac commands
