I have just heard the sad news that the traditional heritage trams in blackpool have been suspended after " becoming increasingly difficult to operate"? If so, this would be such a loss for blackpool. They play such a huge part in Blackpools history and attractions . I remember the days when they used to run one behind the other and were covered in colourful advertisements , such a site to see. The new trams dont really add anything to Blackpools' appeal, as you rarely see them. I don't think today's kids will remember them like we did...pray they return.
@@UKTravelAdventures1 totally agree. If they are fully stopping. Stanley park with a track running around and through it, like Heaton park Manchester. Can't be scrapped, surely.
