Nah. Hooked is sitting to the side, way out of the channel and not in anyone’s way. Sure if he anchored in the middle of the river you can make your statement. I fish the Mchenry stretch most of the year. That’s by far the worst stretch of river for pleasure boats. Those guys are literal maniacs with zero regard toward other boaters or fishermen. There were at least two deaths on the chain o lakes this year. Just too crowded and too many inexperienced and/or drunk people on the water.
