Trading S&D definitely changed a lot for me. And the critiquing it depending on you is true cause it’s very easy to still catch a move just simply using a break a retest strategy as well (no I don’t like trading retail) but simply what I mean is, if price breaks your demand/supply zone with a strong candle, and comes back for the retest of that zone. That’s when you take your entry to current price action.
Support and resistance is created by S&D. S&D is what moves the market. Find a higher TF area of S&D and it’s respected upwards of 90% of the time. Good video. Found you on trading nut. I respect the game young black brotha! 👏🏿🙏🏿💪🏿. I trade $AAPL only. My gains took off when I focused on only 2-3 stocks (now it’s just $AAPL) and relied on S&D. Easy 4 figures everyday.

For better chances of your zone holding.... Try and use supply n demand zones that took liquidity and then broke structure. For example a push up that took liquidity and then pushed down rapidly and broke structure. When price come back to that zone look for a sell that will continue structure.

Those are the setups with the higher probability💯 because liquidity has been swept,collecting stop losses from retail traders i love that setup with the 1H timeframe especially if the candle closes below supply after liquidity sweep or on a demand a bullish close above demand after a liquidity sweep.

The less indicators you use the more your eyes will open to the market and see patterns you never realized existed. Indicators are a handicap. Though they can work it can also be detrimental to your trading career. Don't take the easy way, get on those naked charts and train your eyes.

Supply and Demand is king, i taught myself zone level trading and then got TheForexScalpers handbook and my supply and demand levels became polished on accuracy and how price action flows around key levels.
I love how you said supply and demand is stronger than support and resistance, when i first began trading supply and demand i noticed the difference with the price range to validate or invalidate a setup rather than just horizonal lines by themselves as support and resistance and when combined together in some setups it can provide damn near pin point entries on a precision aspect.

Wait... So what's the difference between supply and demand on the charts? One is an area(rectangle) the other a line (horizontal line)? Is that the difference reflected on the charts?
SIR, Trading forex supply & demand if 4 hour trend is up,& 1 hour trend is up as well--then on 15 minute time frame chart one has to wait until price comes down to support level(derived from 1H chart) & using smaller 15 minutes chart watch that this level holds & then buy. Next step would be how this long position attacks higher supply level ON THE SAME 1H chart & only sell if forex pair turns down at this higher supply level--otherwise just hold the position on to next higher supply level ON SAME 1HOUR CHART--any modifications you suggest?

Hey there, I have been trading for about 6 months now and just about every trade slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis and MTF analysis, but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take(I know, it sounds stupid but I was desperate) and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?
Your problem could be that your stop loss is way too close or you're watching your trades too much. Place it and walk away. Or you could just give up, trading isn't for everyone.
@John Fritsch You're right, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. A mentor would be amazing, but getting one is easier said than done. If it's not too much to ask, do you know any?
