It all changed when they went of the gold standard ,now every fiat currency is slowing being inflated away buy over printing dollars ,there is no turning back they know it ,the question is what is a satoshi going to be worth $20,$50,$100 ,every country will go to a digital currency I believe ,as a reset to rid there countries debt ??????
Main reason why property went up in value after the 70’s so much was due to coming off the Bretton Woods monetary system. So value flowed towards harder money, look at golds price from 70’s, property also became more widely used as a store of value as the money was no longer as hard with it not being backed by gold.
I agree with a lot of your reasoning but I think more focus on first principles would be beneficial to your audience.

I agree with you about realestate,I personally don’t want the hassle of realestate,yes after the 2nd world war rebound ,interest rates made it a good long term deal demand drove the price up ,now like you said a house would be lucky to last 25 years ands the cost to maintain it ,and dealing with realtors or tenants ,I own my house and want to use some of the collateral to buy 1 bitcoin or die trying ,there has to be a lender out there any advice ,keep up the good work 👍

Definitely not a coincidence, housing emerged (quickly) as the most stable asset because the dollar wasn't tethered to anything in 1971. The government was inevitably going to grow like crazy without bring handicapped by the gold standard. Bitcoin is better than the dollar, gold, and real estate, and the world will find out sooner or later.

My Dad left me no legacy at all, he spent a reasonable inheritance all on himself and his 2nd wife, leaving his children with nothing - I'm 100% changing that and making sure I leave my daughter an amazing legacy with airdrops at later stages in her life for her and her future children, and even their children - with no tax issues or legal contract/solicitor required.

Amen brother! I'm in the age range of 50 plus and I can univocally confirm once you learn patience and practicing it, financial success and securing a legacy is very very easy to achieve.
The word Legacy is of French origin and means “the team you leave behind that carries on the work you started.”
Anything that positively impacts the world for a long time, requires a multigenerational vision.
If you have a multi-generational vision, #1 - you need to mentor others and invite them into the vision you have (whether that be family or a leadership team), and #2 - you need to provide resources for the next generation so they can move that vision forward.
Bitcoin enables both this multigenerational mindset and the provision for it to be realized.
Legacy ? All I want is to have ebough money to live peacefully and quietly for the next 10 years. I have 250k USD - just doubling that would be more than enough for me.
I hate that legacy narrative. Only those who have an impact on the world whether entertainers, politicians, civil rights leaders etc etc with some level of fame have true legacy. I couldn’t tell you a damn thing about to Grandfather or even Great Grandfather.
