This kind of reminds me of something I created in school. First, you make an "origami medalion." Then you fold the 4 inner pointers perpendicular to the plane of the medallion. Then you take a mechanical pencil and advance the lead a little. Poke the lead of the pencile through the center of the paper. Lastly, hold the pencil with medallion straight up and blow softly off to the side of the medallion it will start spinning rather quickly.
