Brother I have graduated from Pakistan and I have received my Cimea but in my certificate they have written only my first name without my father and family name for example if my name is Mustafa Ahmed Elmustafa Ali ...only Mustafa written in my Cimea without father and family name ...Did they make mistake or not because I am afraid this is going to effect my Visa process . Hello there, You can apply for a visa in place of DOV with the CIMEA: certificate of verification and CIMEA: certificate of comparability. Hello I have a question.
I had applied for comparability few days ago and I got it yesterday but there was a mistake in there that my Birth year is 1997 and they have mistakenly written 1996. So will that matter in visa process because comparability has nothing to do with date of birth.
If yes then what should be the process to correct this mistake?

Thank you for the information. As i have checked for the cimea website they noticed that the service will be closed from the 29th of July 2023 to the 3rd of September 2023.
The service will re-start on the 4th of September 2023.
I am going to iran by Saturday and if Cimea is required for visa process then how can i get it dpne while the service are closed now till 3rd of September please help me in this regard.

As they have already noticed that their services will be closed so you can’t do anything in this. However, you can mail them explaining your situation and hope for their response. Or you can try to convince your visa consulate

It has the worst customer Service. I have applied 9th of May(!), asking them if I should send some documents, never got an answer. I did send the documents. I got both statements in the end of June. What would you expect? That it is the end? No, after 7 days my documents were still not verifiable. After 8. 9. Again writing them and not getting answers. Today is 14th day after the documents release and they sent that there is an error on their part of IT services, that I have to wait some days. How many? They didn't answer again of course. I spent tons of money on the documents, the delivery, the translation and apostille. My cimea expert doesn't answer me at all until I complain to the services. I need those documents next week already because of other deadline approaching with the Visa, to which I have done already an appointment. Honestly i don't even know what else I can do.
