It's a hydrostatic, so you don't need to worry, just press to go, let go to stop, and yes, it does stop completely without putting it into neutral unlike some telehandlers.
I can only guess but I would say the company that puts them together might mark different tools and machines in different colours so they cannot be confused with tools from other sections of the production.
Well yes, but Kramer make smaller versions of this to sell to the industrial market, and to get one at the same spec as a Claas it would actually cost you more, which you wouldn't think but it is true! Trust me, We were thinking of Kramer as opposed to Class due to the possibility that Claas stick their name on and charge more, but that isn't the case.
lol this video shows how much of a load of shit the telehandler test/certificate is. they recon you have to stop and put the hand brake on everytime u want to move the loader! haha fuck that
