THIS 👏 SONG 👏 DESERVES 👏 MORE 👏 LOVE.
Super Paper Mario will always be one of my favorite Mario games. The story and characters are absolutely phenomenal. I’ll never forget how emotional Blumiere and Timpani’s story made me the first time I heard it.
And yeah, it bears repeating. This song deserves more love. This song has a lot of personal meaning to me, as it has genuinely helped me through some dark times. It’s such an emotional song, and I will forever be grateful for its existence and how much its helped me.
Making this remix was definitely a bit of a challenge, as it does have a bit of a weird time signature, (at least to me.) but I think it turned out great!

I love soft light so much, it makes you feel like you're an ancient being, or hearing from an ancient being on how you/they have fallen from what once was, how things have changed now

soft light has to be one of my top favorites in the spm ost, and i hate that it doesnt get as much love as the ultimate show and green thunder.
you see so many remixes for those two songs. But this is the second soft light remix ive ever seen, and ive been scouring for ages for remixes.
i love the ethereal vibes this remix gives off, like being in an enchanted forest at night, while the original is more sorrowful, given that its usually used for more serious moments in the game. its a nice change of pace❤
