    hi..i'm sorry at first if my question is out of topic..i just wanna ask..does prime broker let hedge fund hold direct ownership of shares of company in US stock market..so they can have direct access to reports, go to AGM..because i just found out that when ordinary investors like me bought shares using online brokers like interactive brokers..they hold our shares under street names..so i dont have the feeling of being part of the company..cant go to AGM..it is different in india or south east asia where it is easy to open demat account and buy shares under our names..have voting rights, go to AGM, receive reports

    is that returning about 2% and possibly a small amount more, so this sounds like a quick way to complicate one's life until elections :) ok there is leverage element to it, so what if the leverage squeezes this deal because the margin volatility is too high ?
