i know not everyone has the 2 hours to spare aim training but for me what helped me was doing the fundamentals routine then doing an hour of training on my weaknesses
the thing that you mentioned about the fundamental routines is really good, they are the most dogshit form of training you can do in aim training, idk how people expect to improve doing every aim type randomly without giving any thought to it for an entire hour
depends on how much fps and aim training experience u had.. for example i had like 20-30 hours in aimlab+kovaaks and have like few thousand hours in fps games, i got all scenarios to gold in first day and then i got all scenarios to plat in 3 days
just doing the benchmarks twice a day everyday with extra grinding in my worst scenario for the day has been working for me. I'm 4 tasks away from jade complete, with a master score in pasu. I'm 4 points away from another master score in vt airstrafe as well
Great video, seems to be the same experience as many others. I've just done fundamental routines and have noticed progress is slow (I'm still not gold complete on aimlab at 140 hours practice time). Do you notice any skill decay by practicing only once per week for each skill? Or is that enough to improve?
To answer your first question I think I've been consistently training everyday until I got to diamond so I personally do not have any experience with skill decay. But from a theoretical standpoint I definitely think that there will be some sort of skill decay as you are not training a certain skill for quite a long period of time (6 weeks at a time). But with that being said I do not think that the skill decay will be too strong as each skill is somewhat interlinked. For example, some scenarios in reactive tracking also help with static. To answer your second question, I think it depends on what rank you are looking to reach for. If you are looking to reach a rank like gold complete or even platinum, Your current routine might work but if you are looking to get to diamond in a short period of time I definitely think that training at a higher volume will be essential.
The concept is pretty much the same but the main point I was trying to get across was to not limit yourself to one single routine but to experiment and see what works best for you. The LG routines are really good and way better than the VT fundamental routines but I wouldn't say that its the most well thought out routine when compared to other playlists such as the HNA routine for static.

bro im hardstuck static clicking silver for 2 weeks and still plateau . my scores are progressively decreasing in the benchmarks
I started 3 weeks ago and I just grinded one benchmark at a time like you advised. I just hit platinum complete yesterday. Is this fast?

What is the rank now?

I've been looking for an answer to this question everywhere
So basically the LG56 playlist?

In-game time on. Fps games do matter but I don't know how much you can improve compared to aim training
