The best house tours are the ones that you hear the agent, not see the agent. The agent doesn't come with the house. Can we see the house please. It's a beautiful home without the agent in every frame. We want to visualize ourselves in the home and it's hard to do so with the agent in every frame.
All of Atlanta homes are cookie cutter. From the least to the highest. Sick of those stupid triangle peaks on everything they build. Builders need to mix it up with cali, vegas and Dubai style modern homes.
The places you mentioned don't have a lot of snow, therefore the peaks allow snow to run down the home. Do you have one that we could show that you like in GA? We would be happy to view it.😊
i dont know what up with atlanta. they want san fran prices but they keep over pricing in the end. the pantry is not over sized. this is not a 2 mil dollar home.
@@LivingInMetroAtlantaGeorgia there is no comparison, thats my point. i would compare something in chicago perhaps but even there they build up. this development built the houses too close and then slapped a gate on the outside and called it private. they need to try again or lower the price.

Beautiful home but Primary Suite is small
Actually, the primary suite is larger than most I've seen, and the floors are absolutley beautiful. Did you like any other room in the home?

Extremely overpriced. Seen the same house for350,90-600,000.
