i grew up in the country, in a farmhouse heated by a wood stove with limited luxuries, and watching your content makes me feel so nostalgic for it. like, there were also bad things about it but i actively bring that way of living to my current life by using all the land to which i have access to grow food, canning, foraging, early mornings, cooking from scratch ect. it's sort of hard to explain to people how living with the land changes you. also, the way you express your religion feels very authentic. i can't tolerate a lot of Christian content but i really enjoy yours.

where did you get the advice and choices regarding the tinctures you use? I would like to find out more about it, here in the Netherlands you are so incredibly reminded of certain brands of vitamins and supplements and with everything my feeling says "no, this is not okay, there is so much junk in it" I have stopped taking a lot things that are "made" and really use now things that are made by myself and as natural as possible for myself and my family I already have complaints from menopause (I turn 36 on Thursday). Unfortunately, it runs in my family, but my hair is falling out enormously and I would like to take and do good vitamins/tinctures/supplements to reduce that. Do you have any advice for me? Actually, I'd like to know everything. What you eat, what supplements you take, some of your recipes? You obviously take very good care of yourself, and even though i'm 64, what can I do to be as healthy as I can be, keeping in mind that I am partly disabled, so no running, lol. I love all the natural stuff you use.
I'll be 52 in a few days. I haven't ever done just a simple skin care routine for very long. It wasn't homemade things either. I would like to know the same and see If I could do it.

I’m pretty sure the rose spray was from Heritage Store. They sell a great rose oil too.
