    This is a good example. It's show that the judiciary is always independent, it is not governed by the foreign policy of a country.

    This is a great example. It shows that the judiciary is always independent, it's not governed by the foreign policy of a country.

    I think thats the right thing, Judiciary systems should always be autonomous, and absolutely no political or diplomatical biases should affect it. No matter what, from a very objective perspective what Russia is doing is cruel and wrong.

      Russia is forced to do what it is doing , Ukrain being ultimate fool, forced Russia to ensure its security if its being cruel, than defending your borders is cruel. and ofc you don't know anything.

    Judgments are given on legal principles and not on the basis of judges' personal orientation.
    Justice Dalvir Bhandari is not there to represent India, he is there to represent international justice system.

    Indian judge should have thought about the international relations also before giving any judgement and specially it is about Russia so he should be more careful because it can harm our international relations and when the whole country is with Russia then he should support India Stance here.
