Who told u judiciary is independent. All the international institutions are hijacked by nato and Americans. He is only an old man who is being under influence of the country where he is living currently.
I think thats the right thing, Judiciary systems should always be autonomous, and absolutely no political or diplomatical biases should affect it. No matter what, from a very objective perspective what Russia is doing is cruel and wrong.
Russia is forced to do what it is doing , Ukrain being ultimate fool, forced Russia to ensure its security if its being cruel, than defending your borders is cruel. and ofc you don't know anything.
Judgments are given on legal principles and not on the basis of judges' personal orientation. Justice Dalvir Bhandari is not there to represent India, he is there to represent international justice system.
Judge seen cruelty and crime in Ukraine But government seeing international relationship and country interest One support to justice and one support to national interest

Finally someone from India showing a heart too, this may help to heal up the damages we caused with other nations we have interests with by repeatedly abstaining.
Judiciary is independent of govt policies. And also India is trying to maintain a balance between East and West. So this is a very smart step in that context.🇮🇳❣️
India judiciary is that independent. bureaucracy and diplomacy don't have influence on any judges. it's expected And it must be. Correct thing did by Indian judge
Good decision.. While the GOVT takes passive pro Russia stance, there should be something for the WEST from India in their favour and this should do it.
Ha.. here they have said invasion is wrong in judicial way.. that's correct.. but out of it when it comes in contexts of political and security we support Russia..
The establishment of the Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), the predecessor of the International Court of Justice, was provided for in the Covenant of the League of Nations. It held its inaugural sitting in 1922 and was dissolved in 1946.
Indian judge should have thought about the international relations also before giving any judgement and specially it is about Russia so he should be more careful because it can harm our international relations and when the whole country is with Russia then he should support India Stance here.
Before there was league of Nations and Permanent Court of Justice but it dissolved nd after WW2 United Nations and International Court of Justice established.

This is a good example. It's show that the judiciary is always independent, it is not governed by the foreign policy of a country.
But always influenced by western bureaucrats.
nobody cares about ICJ, not USA nor china or anybody.
True

nothing is cruel and wrong when you are saving your sovereignty
