Key's "Born to Shine" performance is from SHINee's SHINee World Concert 2014 at the Tokyo Dome in Japan, so 55,000 fans were witness to this performance. :D
"Born to Shine" is one of the reasons why Key has been recognized as our diva of the group. This is classic Key -- a perfect example of what makes SHINee such great performers. Who else could pull off a performance like this and completely own the stage like a rockstar? And if you didn't notice, Key is fluent in English, so "Born to Shine" is all in English and the lyrics were wrote by him.
Yep, when you saw the camera cut to the audience that was one of the staff members searching for a fan in the audience to bring up on stage. They were asking that girl if she wanted to be a part of the show. Little did she know what she was really getting herself into. LOL I don't know how she was able to stand and walk off that stage by the end of it. My legs would have ceased to function if that was me. :D

I genuinley hope that girl is doing ok... imagine walking through life and little do they know that you were that one girl that was brought up on stage lol
So one of the things that made headlines was what you said about live vocals. Shinee literally used to sing while running to train their vocals. One of their old nicknames used to be CDnee because their lives sounded like a CD.
TLDR: that could have been live vocals.
I LOVEEEE this performance and wish he would have released the song as a single instead of just a one off special stage
Key and the entirety of Shinee are such icons. I've been a fan of them since like 2011. I also recommend checking out another SM artist: Ten with his song Birthday. Think you'll like it. He's a member from NCT, seen as one of the best dancers in kpop and he's from Thailand.
