I listen to a lot of music but this is hands down one of the best songs I've heard in my entire life. The verse and chorus are perfect, the intricate guitar riffs and solos, the intelligent and creative bass and drumming... But above all, this song touches the deepest hidden strings in my soul, and I almost cry anytime I hear it.. CH is a criminally underrated band and you guys deserve much more attention because you are not only great musicians, but you also make emotionally compelling music. My sincere thanks,

This is the best live vocal mix ive ever heard, and i dont know how much of it is the mix engineer, and how much is just Jim being amazing.
I do feel the vocals are just a bit dry and slightly quiet in the mix, but it's probably me being used to the studio version where there's a touch more reverb and whatnot. It's minor all things considered, and a great performance.

After 5 years of listening to these guys, dealing with the shit we had to deal with over COVID, a tonne of personal shit made easier by the masterclass catalogue they added to with Rise Radiant, and reading through every word of S-Tier lyricism Jim has penned from day one, seeing this in London absolutely levelled me.
This performance is every bit as good as it was when I finally got to see them live. And in tandem with being legitimately lovely dudes, that night cemented CHorse as my favourite band of all time. Incredible song, phenomenal album, untouchable musicians.
I saw these dudes live in Atlanta last week. Absolutely stellar show. Highly recommend everyone see them if they can.
Damn, never heard all of those beautiful small details and unique delivery in Jim's voice and Sam's riffing when performing live. really hoping for a live album!

WHy does this sound better than the studio recording?
It took me a while to realize but I think for me Jims Vocals just sound so much more pure here, he layers so many of those little harmonies on the studio version which are nice but just hearing his entire confident sound is really refreshing, especially in the chorus (also the bass tone is amazing)

Is the other guitar pre-recorded?
Yes, because their second guitarist left the band in 2023, so they use tracks for his parts now.
Sometimes there are other tracks, like keys if there were any in the album version.
