Hmmm, interesting system but I doubt you could use it for a lot of applications. Seems like the rigidity of all thread is very important in a lot of hanger situations. Surely you couldn't just have mechanical piping swinging in the breeze like that. I also had to laugh at the time lapse on the traditional method. If you're doing any amount of hamgers, you're going to have an all thread cutter that saves most of the time spent in this demo

Lmao, who are you fooling with the "traditional method". Yeah maybe 40 years ago. None of those tools used to put up hangers are still used. Porta band, and debur your rod with your channel locks (or a nut, or your portaband), then put up the hanger.

Wire is more fixable that leads to change the position for pipe and develop stress in pipe
