If Ukraine really used the shopping center in Kharkov as an ammunition depot and civilians as a human shield, then on the part of Ukraine this is cynicism and a crime, but Russia could also attack at night, for example, so that civilians would not get hurt, it looks like Russia is not very worried about so-called “collateral damage”, that is, civilian deaths. It must be said that on the same day, Ukraine, in turn, attacked the Moloko shopping center in Gorlovka and killed one civilian and wounded eleven, and Ukraine also attacked residential areas of Belgorod and the Belgorod region, killing 4 and wounding 18 civilians.
