good morning sir, I am a 60 year person from India. was a international player of table tennis but now left that game and started 10 meter rifle shooting from last year. As on today have reached at 389/400 points. I purchased walther LG400 anatomic 2 months back, till then had a Indian gun precihole max pro. as now practicing 5 to 6 hrs. a day with physical exercise. But now for national ranking I need higher coaching. How can I take coaching from you online, Please guide. please give your contact details. Thanks
@@heinzlive Am... ok... time 2:40 of that video. Girl is standing. Should her forearm be vertical.. or parallel the tripod height (same it perpendicular the floor plane)... the angle between her forearm and floor plane should to be is near 90 degs.. not 60-70-80 and not 100-110-120...
It's not necessary to keep it at 90 degs. It also depends on the length of the forearm as well as it needs some gap for blood circulation otherwise you will get extra pulse there. So little outside is recommended than perpendicular position.
My shot go toward left when I down rifle toward target its goes left i have to push rifle toward right for centre. I trying by giving clicks By backing my right foot By checking alignment But when I shoot 8 in right its goes 10x. Give another reason.Please help

Should the forearm be placed perpendicular to the floor if You looking against the shooter to exclude the biceps tension? Thanks.
