Have you ever checked out Stan for doing hamiltonian monte carlo? Also, if you're going through the trouble of integrating the posterior with MCMC, you would summarize it with the mean, not the mode (MAP)

On 1:10 i got too excited when you said "In fact, i'm gonna use this example in the next lecture where i'll show you how to do bayesian regression in R" and then i looked at your channel and there was no video :( i have been looking for bayesian regression R coding for 2 months and i was hoping you would get me out of this maze. pityyy
