I do hope that this newer technology is easier to clean up after a fire. I had the unfortunate job of cleaning up one of the old Ansul dry chemical suppression system. That damn dry chem went everywhere and took hours to clean up.
Dry chemical systems no longer meet code in restaurant kitchen systems. Ansul uses a wet chemical that is much easier to clean up and does not harm any of the kitchen equipment.
