There are many good covers on RUclips, and some with excellent interpretations that capture the essence of but do not sound a lot like the original. There is nothing wrong at all with that. This however, is another story. If someone played it for me and I didn't know better this would be one of the rare times I probably would not be able to discern the difference from the original. Your Gilmour vocals are as accurate as anything I have ever heard. Great job

Infact, if the singer didn't have a slight accent, it would so perfect, that I would have said it was BETTER than the original, simply because the quality of the sound is better than what Pink Floyd could achieve in 1971. If the singer didn't have the minor accent, I would have replaced the Pink Floyd version in my MP3 collection with this one.
I only discovered MobyDick00001 3 days ago but have since found out that Carlos Assad who was the driving force behind these incredible performances sadly died in 2017 and as far as I can establish that is the end of this project.
Rarely does a group go through so much effort to recreate the original piece. The video showing each part of the ensemble that comes into play was a big plus! Vocals and phrasing are on point. This is quite possibly one of the best results I've ever seen/heard! Bravo!

It's the top middle electric guitar. He plays the note(s) with the volume down and then turns it up slowly. Probably has a pedal too.
