I just spent a full day trying different boot cataloging apps like libib, hard work - testing feature and functionality. Libib is super fast to scan barcodes book after book. It seems to be missing some essentials like the app does not have a option to take a cover photo where this was not available from the barcode scan. However the web site allows you to upload a jpg photo to do this i think. Libib strike rate in getting cover art is very good, better than most? But some apps have more databases to mine for finding a book and will bring up the correct book data where libib fails to find a match. Thinking I will use libib as my main database, and those books that strike out; use something like Book Crawler to find the hard ones, and export via csv to libib.
Looking for a video that compares basic and pro to show a group - from the users point of view - what can Libib do for the user of a library (in this case small genealogy library)

I have some old & rare books. Can scan them in pdf and add it?
Attractive and a bookster. Great combo!
So can we actually read on the app or is it just lists
it is a book catalog - like what you see at your public library
Libib is a cataloging app to help keep all your books, movies, CD's, and video games organized.
