The house looks amazing on the outside and I loved what you did with the bathrooms. But the kitchen had zero counterspace and most women are going to notice that right away. The grey flooring is also not my favorite. It's kind of outdated and no one is really installing that anymore, but I don't know your market so maybe I'm off on that one.
Great work my dude! I would have to say though I know that kitchen living room layout was challenging. But in my opinion the doorway and step now makes it feel like an addition. I feel like I'm stepping down into a converted garage. What I think could have been done differently is stage that front living room with the fireplace as the dining room. And then I would have tried to work out a better kitchen layout. I would have stacked the washer and dryer. And moved the fridge between the laundry closet and pantry closet. You then could have opened up the kitchen wall into the Spanish room giving it a more open feeling.
This should be illegal. Covering those super unique tiles and the fireplace that had character with white paint is a shame. You could highlight the old features and install a kitchen that fits the theme. People who want this lifeless look can go for new builds. We need to preserve mid-century homes. ❤
Too sterile and bland. Hate the new kitchen layout. Not functional at all. Hate flippers that destroy unique features for the same bland results. Tired of white, beige, and grey soulless looking designs.
messed up with the floor and everything else... no a single one of the upgrades was better than was was before, everything was cheaper materials and generic looking.
Disrespectful to the original character of this house, such a same should probably consider partnering with a designer on future projects if you want this channel to grow.. this remodel wlis boring as.. You have great personality but i wont tune in to another bland remodel! #sorrynotsorry
You could have thought to convert the "spanish room" into maybe 2 additional bedrooms for higher resale value
@noobyxviii Sure could have. I'd have to think on that one to see maybe how it could have laid out.

@@cydonia3167 This was a tougher kitchen to decide on, no doubt!

@joshuapiatt3713 We thought about doing this exact layout. Thank you for your thoughts.
If i had to take a shot for every time he said "i,d say" i would be drunk as hell lol😂😂😂
I would make the space with the fireplace just off the kitchen into a dining room. I would add an island in the kitchen for more prep space.
@@patriciavanwyk4322 I like this idea. I looked at doing that
Do you do these demos alone? Seems like a lot of hard work
@@garyfan4004 I do not. I have a team that helps me

I would definitely work with a designer next time. Everything put in is outdated :(
