Best Banana Muffins (with a crunchy top!)

- These are the best banana muffins and they have a crunchy top, which is my favorite part. They are very simple to make and require three ripe bananas which makes it a perfect recipe to save for later when you have too many ripe bananas. Recipe from A Girl Who Ate Everything, link below.
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1 egg, lightly beaten
-1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Ok when I tell you these were the best banana muffins I have ever made I am not lying.The muffin its self was so moist and flavorful the crunch at the top was just the icing on the cake!! I highly recommend making these muffins!!!!🤩☺️👍🏽

just baked so so good!! only thing I would recommend is leaving in the oven for around 22 minutes
3 ripe banana
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup salted butter
1tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

Change for 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
No eggs.😅

Results! Ive just made 2 batches of these!! 1 made this exact way, the other same recipe just made the 'traditional' muffin way. (Aka mix all wet and dry seperarte then combine.) Oml delicious either way!!! I preferred the texture of the second batch. But that first one saved so much preparation time, perfect for those days where you have less time. (Or like me is seriously depressed and cba faffing in the kitchen for hours over muffins)

I accidentally added more butter to the topping and it was a great mistake!😂 I made them way too big and the topping on mine was like a paste and it seeped through the very large muffins and made it gooey. It was very noice!🤭
