But, I must appreciate the point that at certain times a well established language, in certain cases, remains a dialect of a dominant language.

Even Linguists display reluctancy defining Siraiki is a language or dialect?
I am from Hyderabad India. Since 2013 I am watching Pak - entertainments and was waiting for single video or drama on Sindhi culture and this video is the first video. I wish to see drama in sindhi culture but in Urdu language.
There is a very very old drama called Chhoti si Duniya which maybe what you are looking for. Hope you will like it. 😊
All dramas in urdu are either shoot in Karachi or Hyderabad. For Sindhi language there are specific tv channels
Consider watching sindhi channels like ktn, sindhtv, and dharti tv etc .
There are many Sindhi cultural classic dramas. One of them is "Choti si dunia"
