    DONUT RECIPE
    500gr flour
    2 egg yolk
    350ml milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1packet of 7gr yeast
    3tbls sugar
vegetable oil or sunflower oil for frying
in a small bowl, add yeast, a bit of milk from the 350ml and 1tbls of flour and stir well, set aside for 10 min
mix the rest of the dough ingredients together
then add the yeast, milk, and flour mix
    knead well with your hands
cover with clingwrap and let it proof for 1 hour
-roll out the dough to about 1cm deep. Using a cookie cutter or a glass cup, cut out the donut shapes until you've used all the dough.
cover it with a tea towel and let it proof again for 45 min.
heat oil to hot frying temperature
add 3 or 4 donuts (depending a big is your pan, don't want to over crowd) at a time and fry each side for about 2-3 minutes each until golden brown
add any topping you want and enjoy!

Nice savings. The donuts look amazing. What oil did you use to cook them? Also I always put my handle to the side not the front and use the back burner if possible for safety with kids around

I used vegetable oil here but you can also use sunflower if you have that :)
Oh yes, thanks for the reminder!
