@@OSGCourtWatch so ive been paying close attention to his body language and he is showing major signs both physically and verbally that he may have some form of undiagnosed mental disorder. i myself ammildly autistic. and know many people from severe autism to adhd and severe bipolar disorder and he is raising a lot of flags for me... it may be worth having him tested, esppecially if he did milatary service as that would really coz mental health damage

As a veteran, I absolutely hate it when someone tries to use their military service as a mitigating factor towards an offense that has nothing to do with that service. You're still a member of society subject to those laws you took an oath to defend.
When a person uses their service in this way, I just assume they are lying.

The detachment of Zoom seems to embolden people to go off on judges and court staff like they have a right to do so. These screaming, disrespectful idiots should be held in contempt and jailed for their behavior, no excuses, no velvet glove treatment.
This guy talks a lot about respect, but he doesn't show that much to the court. He should have to stare at four empty walls for a few months so he has time to reflect on his utter lack of respect.

This Rudolph dude says he's ex-military. With his anger issues and disrespect for the court, he's exactly the type of person that needs to be monitored and/or have any weapons taken from him because I could see him going off and shooting several people!
Agree, he has neither the self control nor the temperament needed to be a responsible gun owner.
His declaration that he was in the military, while not saying anything about his rank, suggests that his promotions (if any) were few and far between because of him being a hothead who didn't consider the consequences of his actions. Saying, "I served 8 years as PFC," isn't anywhere near as impressive as, "I served 8 years in the military!"

You ought to see the Tenants I have to deal with that will literally claim they shouldn't have to pay rent, because they love the country. I have seen videos of sovereign citizens going to physical court and acting just as ridiculous. I don't think zoom is ruining the courts, I think unhinged people getting caught for committing crimes is becoming more visible.

He would have behaved exactly the same in person, the only difference is that you wouldn't see it - out of sight, out of mind. People like him have always been a problem for the courts. Zoom isn't the issue. Being present in person for court just makes the FO part of his FA much faster when a bailiff gives him a P Barnes special.
I think zoom courts can be a great benefit as it saves both time and personnel.

I don't believe so. I work with addicts and mentally ill. I believe (with the little bit of info I have to go on in this video) he has suffered a closed head injury. I believe that it is no longer a matter of him working to control his impulses and temper, his brain will no longer let him. I think the judge picked up on this as well which is why he is not contempt.

The judge did a FANTASTIC job of acting and not RE-acting. She knew where she was going with this and she was not going to let the defendant derail the process.

First, I wouldn't mention his politics, as much as I disagree with him. Second, all defendants can be held in contempt, in court or over zoom. I doubt that affects whether Judge DiSanto makes that decision.

Unless I missed it, he is in compliance with his probation conditions. A lot of judges are really lenient with courtroom behavior if the defendant is trying otherwise. Also, she could have muted him at any time and just talked to his attorney; I am really curious why she didn't do that.

Just disgraceful that a judge would allow someone to behave this way in court. He keeps using the phrase, "with all due respect", he has no respect for the court or himself. He should have been held in contempt immediately and throughout numerous times.
It seems pretty clear that he is drunk in this hearing as well. Allowing him to behave this way is wild.

"With all due respect" is almost always used just before someone is deliberately and fragrantly disrespectful. It's rare that someone uses it to point out an accurate and overlooked detail that might be viewed negatively.
