This is motivation at its peak! Great direction the channel is going in. As a low 18 5k runner not in good shape at the moment, this video and the channel makes me want to get to my finest fitness again and run sub 18 and beyond!

It is a shame. Don’t want to get in to the politics of it (outside of my expertise) - but with the trials being only 2 weeks before the event, passport expiry isn’t top of your to-do list in the build up!
