The uniqueness of Lori Harvey taught me a little lesson about comparison. I'm not glorifying her but I'd have to admit she's unique and beautiful. There are indeed beautiful women everywhere and even if I don't know Lori Harvey personally it's something about her aura whether it's on social media and in this little clip she stands out overall. And also even if her dad was black she would still be either biracial or multiracial due to the genetic makeup of her mom more than likely having less african dna. Typically the average african american has to have at least 75% african dna her mom obviously wouldn't have that being shes mixed or multiracial. Women don't consume beauty products depending on if you're in Saudi Arabia or Sweden. That's a given we're not a monolithic group.

Vaseline itself doesn't clog your pores. It will only clog your pores if you're not properly cleansed before. It locks everything in beneath it, so if there is dirt or bacteria on your skin it will trap it.
Vaseline is an occlusive, a petroleum mixture of oils and waxes. Although it fine for bodycare, it is not normally recommended for facial skincare because the skin is thinner on your face and more sensitive. Even if you have normal skin. There is no board certified derm that recommend you using Vaseline on your face every night or as a daytime moisturizer for a reason. That is what she was referring to when is saying it broke her out. It's not a facial moisturizer.

Just like there is a a French aesthetic, a Nigerian or Korean aesthetic etc. It doesn't mean that everyone does it on a regular basis but there is a sort of standard depending on where you live there are customs. like I said you see it through local public figures, social media, what's considered as "the ideal " in national magazines, how local celebrities present themselves for big events, how regular women prepare themselves for big days such as weddings or a night out with friends. Women don't consume beauty products depending on if you're in Saudi Arabia or Sweden. That's a given we're not a monolithic group.

Vaseline is an occlusive, a petroleum mixture of oils and waxes. Although it fine for bodycare, it is not normally recommended for facial skincare because the skin is thinner on your face and more sensitive. Even if you have normal skin. There is no board certified derm that recommend you using Vaseline on your face every night or as a daytime moisturizer for a reason. That is what she was referring to when is saying it broke her out. It's not a facial moisturizer.
@@tmitchem81 it works WONDERS for people who have eczema/rosacea, especially on their face. at least to me, i put my moisturizer on and then put it over to “lock” it in. i’ve also seen it recommended to other people by their doctors
