I try to neglect or forget anything harsh or rude that i experience, although its still important to face or accept certain things and stuff. Just try your best to overcome it and dont be paranoid that people will always treat you like what youve experienced

It just takes practice. Talk to random people on the street and ask them how they’re doing and actually listen. Try talking to homeless people. Most of the time they’re just happy someone cares and some are really cool people. Plus you won’t feel as much pressure if you seem anxious
