I used to play on console when the game first released then switched from Xbox to PC but just never bought the game for PC, I've recently came back to it and bought it on steam. Your videos have helped so much. There's a lot of other people who make good tutorials but the way they explain everything is like explaining to someone who's already been playing For Honor for a while so a lot of it goes straight over my head but you explain is really easy to understand for someone who is practically new, keep up the videos they're all great.
Yo Jake love your videos man and I find myself referring back to your videos anytime I start messing with a new character. I’m wondering if shield builds are even for me I’m having major issues with speedy heroes mostly assassins when I’m using bp. They get in a chain and I feel helpless. There any bread and butter maneuver I’m forgetting or not doing right? I’m a pretty good baiter with him but you can’t always rely on that.. good players figure that out pretty quick. This is coming from a kensei/highlander main so quite the switch up. Just don’t understand what I can do to turn the tables when aramusha or shinobi are continuesly throwing. Do I have to wait for my staggered animation to end before I can get into BW stance? I’m at a loss here
Heavy heros are definitely an Aquired taste 😂 well.. Aramusha if theyer actually good is kinda hard to time but try Lighting on heavy startup when you feel they're spamming the soft feint. You might trade but it'll put you at neutral again. There are moments you can flip the soft feint also if you make a read but timings a little Tougth, You wanna use his light to interupt fairly often tbh like when your fighting orochi and they do the 50/50 chain of kick/Stormrush Just light interupt it. As for shino wait for the backflip, 90% of the time they Kick or throw an attack, you can Flip from there if you make a good read. Alot of this Game is predictions and remembering the patterns your opponent likes to use. If you need more help Add me and we can run a few rounds of practice, otherwise I hope this helps a bit.. add through Ubi (xIMMORTALJAKEx)

For anyone who likes trolling, you can also flip attacks that weren’t meant for you, ledge attacks, bashes AND most importantly, Hitokiri’s 1 hit feat. Edit: At one time in the game you could even flip ranged attack feats 😂 not sure if they still work.

Hey, I was just wondering, did blocking while dodging get nerfed at any point this year? I don't see the active block prompt when dodging with black prior.
Also the rewards for playing ranked arent worth the wait time to find a match. The steel reward is a joke. And the xp. Its jist wasting your time that you could be playing the game is why 🤷♂️ If ubi wanted more people to play it. They'd have to Increase the steel reward by a good chunk. And the XP. Otherwise its probably gonna stay an empty mode
The only problem u gotta worry about while playing with black prior is his stamina.. don’t plan on doing some crazy long combos.. you will lose stamina almost instantly 🤣💀
