Excellent efforts, this is a nice initiative from Digapahandi.s' jts, All jts should be united to raise their demand in this forthcoming winter session to abolish this Contractual or Schematic system, which is unconstitutional according to the Judgement of Supreme Court as Equal pay for equal work, there should not be any discrimination in the field of service, Besides that Present BJP government had committed to abolish the contractual system & their main election menifesto was to regularise the Jts with Equal pay for equal work
