    The Denver Bronco’s top priority for fan engagement is staying entertaining and informative. “The last thing we want is to become irrelevant,” he explains. Our goal as an organization is to be No. 1 in everything. We want to have the best, most engaging and most compelling content out there. Just as some KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) we want to hit, we want to always top our previous year’s performance.” Over the past decade, the Broncos FC has focused on delivering more surprise and delight moments that make game day experiences more powerful than the traditional, watching-a-game-at-home-on-TV modality. “Fans expect more from us.” At one point, Ben firmly believed you can deliver too much content. Now a days, he acknowledges this is not the case, especially on social media.
    The Denver Broncos use Eloqua for their marketing automation tool.
    About Ben: Ben has been with the Broncos for two years and is responsible for designing and developing their overall strategy for digital experiences and environment; creating user experience analytics and business performance deliverables; and working closely with media staff to deliver revenue generation opportunities and exceptional experiences across digital and social media services. Previously, he worked for the San Antonio Spurs. His hometown is Pikeville, KY.
    Favorite board/ video games: Madden, Call of Duty and Monopoly
    Favorite hobbies: Golfing, trying new restaurants, learning about new gadgets and technology (ie a a techy, geeky kind of guy who bought an Apple watch early in 2015).
    If he weren’t working for the Broncos, Ben would be working in somewhere in the sports industry
    In 2015, he asked his social network to help fund The Hollywood Hillbilly, a documentary about white poverty and rural America.

    Thank you ben for making thebroncos have a huge fan base. Im a broncos fan from maui hawaii and love the broncos. I cheer from theheart and always hope they win. The fans are amazing and I hope you keep building this great bronco empire in denver. The fans are so loyal and dedicated. Thank you for all you do. Wish I could experience it sometime. I know the future for the broncos fan base will be great because of what you do. Keep up the good work and go broncos!
